Rotex is the best. I highly recommend them. I met with Diego for a quote and he was very professional and explained everything to us. He gave us suggestions that other companies didn't. The installation crew did an awesome job from beginning to end. They were very quick, clean and organized. Rotex gave us the best price.

5 years ago I installed my new A/C and recently I needed maintenance services. Mr. Edenilson and his partner did an excellent job. They are very professional. My A/C is great. I am very happy with Rotex's services. I highly recommend them. It is difficult to find A/C companies that are reliable. Thank you very much, Rotex.

The guys came in, they were respectful of the property, they put things down for the carpet, they were punctual and efficient. Before I realized they were in and out and the house was cooling beautifully!

I highly recommend Miguel Fernández and his team at Rotex for the excellent work they did replacing and upgrading the ductwork in my home as part of a new HVAC installation. From the beginning, Miguel was attentive and communicative. He conducted a thorough inspection and clearly explained what my home needed to ensure proper airflow and efficiency. In addition to helping improve my children’s allergies—previously worsened by dust in the old ducts—Miguel also recommended a high-efficiency system that has already started to help us save on energy bills. It’s been a month since the installation, and I’m extremely pleased with both the comfort and performance of the new system. Miguel and his team were professional, respectful, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process.

Since unit was purchased i been having issues! I have to pay 130 every time thay happens. I do not recommend this company.

Happy to share my recent experience with Rotex AC & Heating LLP. Specifically, my interaction with Miguel Fernandez and his team assigned to replace the Ductwork in my home, May 16, 2025. Miguel was an absolute stand out, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He patiently answered all of my questions, explaining in detail the company's services, materials to be used, cost and work processes and timeline for service and job completion. It was largely on this interaction and prior customer reviews that I entered into a contract with Rotex to have this work done. In short, I'm extremely happy that I did. Miguel and his team delivered exactly what was promised, within the timeframe promised. The installation of the new ductwork was flawless. Removing the 27-year-old ductwork and installing upgraded ductwork, R6 to R8 was a particularly messy and complex job. This team impressed me with their preparedness for the work ahead, punctual and careful to not damage furniture and other belongings during the removal of old ductwork and installation of the new and re-designed ductwork. Further, they were equally meticulous with the clean-up of the job site after installation was completed. To say that I was pleased with the outcome is an understatement. Equally impressive, Miguel Fernandez, made sure to inspect the work along with me after installation done, to ensure my complete satisfaction with the work. This type of professionalism, quality of work and service is rare and much appreciated. Therefore, I highly recommend Rotex as a service provider to any potential customer in the Houston area needing AC & Heating and related services. Two Thumbs Up !!! and 5 Star for Sure!!!

I want to say that I recently replaced my central a/c and the person that I spoke to was Mr. Diego he was very attentive and great customer service, I highly recommend Rotex their team did a great job at my house, they clean right after they finish the job they were awesome also they did a follow up right after the installation as well. After getting the run around from several HVAC companies I finally decided to give Rotex a try. Miguel came out and didn't waste my time and gave me a quote that beat every other quote I received. The installation crew were very professional and worked tirelessly to get our A/C up and running again. Highly recommend Rotex to anyone needing their air conditioning running again.

You get what you pay for. The least expensive company i could find.

Pros- ac works great. Old equipment was taken out.

Cons- multiple holes left in cieling, luckily i had sheetrock in my garage they used to patch up. Otherwise, they would have put cardboard or something cheap/ thin cover up. Two concrete blocks that held old outside unit was left beside the new unit. Doesn't look appealing.
