These guys were great! Came early, were very professional and gave me an estimate on some crack repairs. They cleaned everything in the chimney and dryer vent and cleaned their space after. Will be using them again!

Used them for the first time. Very professional, showed me the pictures before they did any work. The before and after pictures are incredible. Technician, kept me in the loop every step of the way. Definitely using them again!

My technician (Johnathan) was on time And did a great job inspecting and explaining everything to me. He’s a very professional guy and did a great job when I needed it the most! I had my kitchen renovated with green city.
From the first visit of Oren the charming project manager to the last day of the project, they couldn’t have handled everything more professionally.
Workers came on time every day and were well taking care of, they helped out with few other little things that I had to get done in the house in a heartbeat, I took a closer look on them and everyone had their part of their project and specialty.
I couldn’t be more satisfied and happy from the service and results

They never came back to make things right. Initial appointment was not fulfilled as advertised and was charged more than advertised Facebook ad. They sent a technician from a different company because they weren’t able to fulfill the original appointment. The technician from the subbed contract wasn't HVAC certified so he couldn’t complete all services. They just took my money and never made things right. Avoid this company and all their scam artists giving fake advertising on Facebook and fake vent cleaning and not completing HVAC services as advertised.

The work is subcontracted out which is the best part of this company. They give you a price and then change it after you pay. They are not an honest business .I would never use them again in the future.the office people dont have a clue how to run a business. The work and install are quality.

Run away save yourself some trouble. I ordered a complete hvac system last year. I am going to give the short version, I was rushed into signing a contract and financing the unit. It took almost 2 weeks before they delivered but I ordered a Carrier I got a Goodman for the same price I was not in agreement, with that and wanted a price adjustment they claimed they changed the price but never reported it to the finance company so I still had to pay the original amount. On delivery day I called the to let them know a furnance was not received. Click they hung up on me. They never would talk to me afterwards. I am retired and on a fixed income and I'm stuck paying for something never received. Also before you buy physically visit their store you're going to be in for a big surprise!!

Worst customer service ever! Please read the other bad reviews before hiring this company. We decided to book an appointment after seeing multiple Facebook ads. My appointment was confirmed two days ago for today. On the day of my appointment, we received a call from a lady wishing to set an appointment for service. We informed her of our original appointment and she stated that we didn’t have an appointment when in fact we did. She became rude and combative with my husband after he informed her of our original appointment and that we wished to cancel the appointment if they could not honor our original appointment for today. She blamed the third party for the scheduling mishap and rudely asked us “so what do you want to do?” She constantly tried over talk him as he attempted to give her the details of our original appointment and our wish to cancel our service request if they could not make it out today. We could not believe how unprofessional and rude she was. Do not use this company. After the way she treated us I wouldn’t feel comfortable allowing anyone from this company into my home.

They did an excellent job installing my new LG washer and dryer! They were fast, efficient and answered all of my questions. In addition, they were very respectful towards my home .

Wow! What an amazing experience.
Took 5 quotes from different companies for replacing my 4 tons AC. They quoted the lowest price but definitely kept the quality on the best side possible.

David from Green City Pros just left my house cleaning my chimney and dryer vent and he was very professional. David and his helper came into my home wearing a mask and bringing his cloth to put down to keep the area clean. He explained what he was doing and made suggestions on how often I need to get this service done, they were very neat, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend their services. I will be calling them back again next year.

We contacted Green City to get our AC unit repaired, a technician came out the next day, gave us a fair price, and finished the work in less than an hour. Great company

I hired green city to replace 3 AC units at my restaurant in Katy and they were the fourth visit I had before I knew who to go with and we ere charmed by Leo the very professional, courteous and knowledgeable ac tech. He walked me through the entire process, explained on each option the pros cons and really helped us with the financing.
The service and caring is highly appreciated and I would gladly recommend you to guys!

They blocked my Facebook messages when I asked for a refund for incomplete work. (Facebook messages saved, incase they said I was rude) I would not recommend. I had them come out to clean air ducts and dryer vent. They were pretty quick to finish, a few days later we are doing a walk through of the house and noticed the dryer vents were un touched. We were selling our house and didn’t need them to come back out to complete the work. I called for a refund just for the dryer vent part. Long story short, they blocked my Facebook messages when I followed up asking for someone to call me back about the refund.

I recommend Green City Pros. My technician was Benjamin. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He cleaned our ducts and we are breathing better now. He also recommended the UV purification light for our systems which we had him install. Given that I was already knowledgeable on how UV lights works to purify our pool water, I felt the technology would have similar advantages cleaning our air. So far so good.

Do not use this company! Run from them. They came out and did our air duct and chimney cleaning. I noticed the the area where the filters were hadn’t been cleaned and when when changing out the air vents the light out the house all of the ducts were still dirty. I called to complain and was told they wouldn’t come back out. I sent them pictures showing that they hadn’t been cleaned and then pictures of what it looked like after I cleaned them myself. They said that they were clean now and I had no proof that I had cleaned them and not them. They then hung up the phone on me and wouldn’t answer my calls when I tried to call back. After multiple calls they finally answered again and laughed at me only to say they refuse to come back and wouldn’t give me a refund. I disputed the charge with my bank but it was denied because they performed the service even though it was bad service. I would never ever ever use this company for anything ever again. Rude management, bad quality & bad customer service.

They did an horrible job or should I say didn't do the job they were paid to do and did not come back to complete either and don't want them back after his dishonesty. He got paid for unfinished work but he said he did it (he lied) this company and owner can not be trusted!!! We paid for services that was not done!!! The owner is very dishonest!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!! He also does not clean up after himself. We had to call an hvac to come fix his mess and not get reimbursed for it either and was without ac in the middle of the hot summer for three days. . .

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. We got our Air ducts cleaned with them last year and we paid extra for them to come clean them yearly. We called this number back today and ask them if they can come for our yearly service that we paid EXTRA for last year. Everytime we called we asked, “is this green city pro” the guy answered, “yes” and hung up. He blocked my number as well as my husbands after my husband stated that it was time for them to come back for our yearly service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I have NEVER wrote a review a day in my life but I do not like company’s that lie and scam and this is one!

Great company. They installed a new AC system on my house and did a great job.
Came out for an estimate, gave us a fair price and installed the next day.

Teddy was on time and professional. Our appointment was on a Friday. He took time to explain the process, and gave his recommendation. He said with the age of my home and the symptoms me and my family were experiencing it was time to replace our airduts. He was able to get me scheduled for service the following Monday.

Teddy was also always responsive and helpful when I reached out to him with additional questions. Thank you Teddy for your professionalism! I'm sleeping better knowing that my family is breathing cleaner air.

We had severe allergies happening in our house and wanted to see about getting our air ducts cleaned. They were quick to come out and did service the same day. Huge difference in our breathing and the kids. Definitely recommend and will use again for maintenance. Thank you
