I just had Green City Pros clean the air ducts in my home, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. Their team was not only punctual and professional but also incredibly thorough in their work. They left no stone unturned, ensuring that every inch of my ductwork was clean and functioning optimally. Since their service, I've noticed a significant improvement in the air quality throughout my home. I can breathe easier knowing that the air circulating is clean and fresh. We had the pleasure of working with Joel! He took his time and did an inspection report before telling us what options we had. He did great on showing us the before and after. We definitely needed a few things to be done and he got the job done. We look forward to working with this wonderful company again.

We paid $800 + tax last year to fix our 2 Ac units mold problem. They said this treatment is gonna be under 3 years warranty. We called them and as soon as i said I'm calling for yearly control the guy hung up. He did the same when my husband called them.
Now, I'm not sure maybe they did nothing to our Ac units last year.

Worst cleaning scam. At the time, they were offering a 7 year warranty. They’ve blocked my Facebook messages because I keep reaching out. I paid close to 3K for the “cleaning” and treatment. They added a UV light.
When they arrived, their $77 promotion quickly began jumping in price because they needed to “clean” the vents (each at an additional charge). They didn’t clean anything…they wiped down the surface plates, but nothing on the inside. In a couple of areas, they took a spray can of kilz and sprayed over the dirt inside the vent, which got everywhere.
Very disappointed. They promised an emailed copy of the receipt and warranty. Was never sent. I reach out multiple times, but they have blocked my FB messages.
I want to think that most businesses are good people, and that hard working people can be trusted and paid fairly. This group is not the case. Very disappointed, and falls under my biggest regret for inviting them into my home and paying for a horribly incomplete service.

Scheduled but dont pick up phone. No call back. Not deserve even 1 star. Don't use him.

Felix has installed AC and Heating system and is very professional, polite, excellent workmanship, on time, good value, good quality, very responsive.

Félix found à way to fix à AC unit that other contacters wanted to replace. Which in turn saved me à lot of money. EXCELLENT !! Furthermore, Felix worked until midnight on recent job, he didn't stop until job was done. That's what I call making the customer a priority . Great work.

As a homeowner, it can be challenging to find an AC repair contractor who is both honest and willing to negotiate on parts and labor. I stumbled upon Mr. Felix's services by the grace of God. He came out to fix my furnace right away when I called him on a Saturday afternoon. Mr. Felix quickly diagnosed and replaced a faulty gas valve that had caused the furnace to stop heating the house. I appreciate Mr. Felix's quick and expert service, and the repair bill was reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an ac repair.

Terrible experience felt they we price gauging me and I turned them away but they charged me anyway for going out there when I asked to speak to the owner . The owner would not even talk to me ....BEWARE!!!!!
