We had an emergency A/C job that needed fixed fast. This team answered the call and came out the same day! They located the new A/C and had it installed in a few hours. They even stayed overtime when they had to do some customization to make it work with our existing setup. 5 stars!

Absolutely outstanding from a consumer experience to execution on the repair. After a nightmarish experience with Abacus, who attempted to charge 6k at a minimum, we fortunately found Brad and Courtesy to restore the unit to a better condition than ever for a fraction of the cost.

I heard about Courtesy Air through a referral. Dave and Brad were responsive and patient as I decided which new HVAC system to select. They provided an initial 3 quotes labeled as Good, Best and Better. When I decided that I wanted to consider a varias speed A/C system, they sent me 3 more quotes. It was a hectic month for me, so I was not able to provide a quick response regarding the selection of HVAC system. Dave never pressured me. He was thorough in his explanations and answered my many questions. Furthermore, we have connections to a friends that owns an A/C business in East Texas, so I sent them quotes. The friends communicated that the quotes were pretty on target. Lastly, Courtesy Air were timely with the installation. They arrived on time on the install day on and they completed the job the same day. No concerns whatsoever with timeliness. Unfortunately for me, I will need to install another HVAC unit in the next year or two; Courtesy Air will have my business’s again . I highly recommend them.

On a Sunday, in the middle of the Houston summer, Brad came out within a few hours to check on our broken AC. Had a complete new system installed the next day. Fast, responsive, and very fairly priced. Great service.

Have used Courtesy Air for many years. Brad could tell simply by the sound it was making that it was overcharged with freon. And it was!! Service has always been on time.
Professional, courteous, and explained clearly so that I understood exactly what was going on.

We Called Courtesy A/C-Heat Sunday at 5:30pm within two hours Mike knocked on our door and was the most professional service tech I've ever encountered. Pleasant, well groomed, explained the problem, what happened, showed us the defective part on the test meter explaining what went wrong, Then tested the new part on his meter showing us where the readings are supposed to be. Checked our filters, explained proper thermostat settings, waited till the home began to cool then used a laser beam temp sensor, checked the cooled air reflected on the walls and all output from all the vents. Then finally gave us tips on preventive maintenance on the main unit outside, all at a reasonable price. Superior service the old fashion way, now we found our new a/c service company.

Brad was fabulous to work with when our a/c had died. He took time to answer all our questions. He also was available when more questions occurred to us.

Courtesy AC is a great team - Brad, and his crews were efficient, fast and responsive. Installed a new home system after the one 15 years old now - had been on life support for several years. Brad kept the equipment costs to a minimum, and crew did the job same day. New system blows super cold, great group, highly recommend.

These guys are simply the best. They do what they say they are going to do. They’re on time. They’re incredibly responsive. They’re easily the most knowledgeable A/C company I’ve ever worked with. Our AC unit stopped working during one of the hottest days of July. With the prompt intervention of Courtesy AC & Heating (Brad) the problem was efficiently fixed within a short time frame. We were really satisfied with their service: Brad demonstrated great professionalism, transparency and honesty. I would definitely call them again.

Mike came out to provide a second opinion on whether to replace major components of my system. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, explaining all the readings he was taking as well as the significance of each. Documented all major components in question so if I have a failure of one in the future they’ll be able to know what parts are needed to help expedite new part installation. Even after all this he shared some good maintenance tips to help keep my system running optimally. Would definitely recommend
