The technicians at Courtesy are always on time and professional. I used another a/c heat company for over a decade and was tired of the constant price increases plus the long turn around time! I am very happy I found Courtesy and have been using them for the last five years! I used them at first on my parents much older home with great results. Recently I needed my furnace repaired the only hold up was waiting several months for a back ordered part. However, they came out last week and quickly repaired the furnace just in time for our first cold snap! I will use Courtesy again!

After getting a sour taste from a local AC repair chain, I decided to shop around, and thankfully landed on Courtesy AC and Heating. Brad was very personable and made me feel like we were working on a solution TOGETHER. I called him on a Monday morning to have my furnace/blower replaced, and by the end of the day, it was swapped out and I had air blowing again! The service team was very professional, skilled and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Very pleased with my experience with Courtesy A/C. Brad was in constant communication and went the extra mile to have a crew make our repairs that same day despite his full schedule and my last minute request. Had new American Standard equipment installed fast and at a very competitive price. Crews were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend these folks. They will be my "go to" guys for all my A/C work.

Cant say enough about this company. The ac in one of my rentals stopped working on a Saturday evening when it was 95. Sunday was father's day. Called up several companies, but no availability till later the following week. Called up Courtesy and talked to Brad. He asked me some specific questions and said he was close by finishing another call and would drop by. 15 min later he was at the house and took care of business. That's what I call service! May have been lucky that he was in the area, but he took the time to service an additional customer that was not scheduled when his shift was over. Never rushed his repair and even took time to do a quick inspection on my system. Very honest. Definitely would recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Courtesy AC & Heating. I had a room on the far side of my house that had a 10 degree difference from the rest of the home depending on summer or winter. I called Courtesy on Saturday and they answered immediately and had someone out at my place later that evening. After reviewing the situation they made a cost effective recommendation and had a team out within 2 days. The cost was very affordable and the install only took 3 hours to add a completely new vent to the room and balance the system with added dampers. That night a cold front hit and I couldn't even tell the difference between that room and the rest of the house anymore. Really awesome service by the entire team. Mike managed the entire process and it went smoothly! I highly recommend Courtesy.

Courtesy is simply the best. To say they're responsive is an understatement. On a hot summer day I was having AC issues, and called other local AC repair companies. Best they could do was 2-3 days out which is what I expected (After all, it is the height of the summer and AC issues are common). Courtesy, fit me in the very next morning!! Not to mention, as busy as they are you'd think they'd hurry the job. To the contrary they were very thorough and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. 5 stars! I'm impressed!

Today, I called and asked for a regular maintenance service. Thomas, the owner, said our house does not need a service because the AC unit is too new, and it would be a waste of money. I was very much struck by his honesty. When my house needs a service, I will surely ask Thomas. If you are wondering which business to go to, I highly recommend Courtesy Air.

Brad was excellent! We were having air conditioning issues during the summer in Houston and needed help quickly. Not only was he able to make time for us the same day we called him, but he also fixed the issue within an hour. He did a thorough inspection of our AC unit, found the issue, and fixed it. I especially appreciated that he was very transparent and explained everything in detail.

We needed to have our AC repaired on a Sunday and we were having trouble finding a company that would come out on Sunday. Then, I came across Courtesy AC and saw they had good reviews. I’m so glad I found them! Mike answered the phone right away and gave us estimated times of when he would be able to make it out to us. He arrived right on time and was able to figure out the issue quickly and fixed it. He was good at explaining things to my husband and I in way that was easy to understand. He was also super respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable. He worked quietly since my youngest was napping when he came and interacted with my oldest child. He made us feel really comfortable with the process and wore a mask the whole time (because of COVID). It was one of the easiest and fastest processes we’ve ever had. If your AC is out, call Mike! Highly recommended!

In the past I've dealt mainly with Brad, who I trust and gain lots of knowledge from, but today a gentleman named Willie helped to resolve my heater issues. Another to notch representative of the company.

Brad was really great to chat on the phone about my AC issue and he was responsive in getting to my house to troubleshoot. From the get go he was informative about what he was going to try with my carrier unit and was transparent about why he was taking the steps he was.

I appreciate that Brad was educational about my unit, asked questions to understand, explained what he could to me, and overall provided great customer service.

This guy is no nonsense, honest, and I really appreciate the care and pride he has for his work.

AC went out Friday night, called Brad first thing Saturday morning. He arrived early Saturday, as I was hoping it was just the capacitor, it ended up being a bad condenser. Brad tried everything to get me going on Saturday but understandably he was fully booked already. He did however get his crew out on Sunday morning to install my new unit. Kudos to Brad and his crew for coming out on Sunday to help us out. Would recommend these guys to everyone!

Once again, Brad and crew do an amazing job! He came out after hours within 30 minutes and diagnosed and fixed our problem right away. He is always extremely helpful and super knowledgeable about his work! Clearly one of the best AC companies in Houston!

An amazing AC repair company! Brad came out on a Friday night IN JULY at 6 o’clock to fix a blower motor that had gone out on our AC. He was here within 20 minutes and had the problem solved in less than an hour for an extremely reasonable price—especially considering the circumstances. Not only were they quick and professional, but Brad was extremely nice and bent over backwards to help us. Felt like a family friend coming to solve the problem. We have used them for about a year and think they are truly awesome! The best in West Houston!

Called Courtesy Air late in the evening and they were able to come out the next morning. Mike was great, very professional, and showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and why. Will use them again in the future.

Adding to my previous review, experienced a separate issue with my AC. Contacted Brad on a Sunday and by Monday he had my outdoor unit replaced Great service and friendly people. Will be using them again.

Adding a 3rd update to my review history…. I am Just as happy as ever because I had to call them out again for a separate and unrelated issue to their first two visits. Very quick and professional service. Will continue to use them in the future.

I just want to say how amazed I am with the consultation/quote service we received from Courtesy Air today. We received a quote from another company that we felt was ridiculous, as well as the pressure on us to spend unnecessary money. We reached out to Courtesy for a second opinion. Brad assisted us and was so honest and helpful. He definitely saved us a significant amount of money and a possible headache in the future. He was real in explaining what was necessary compared to the extras. He didn't make me feel pressured to make an immeidate decision on an already expensive home update. He also gave us tips on how to maintain our system through the hot summer. It's so hard to find a trusting company now a days. 10/10 recommened!

Very impressed! Luckily for us, Charles was able to get to us within two hours of our original call. He was professional, efficient, and the right amount of friendly. We will definitely us them again.

Where do I begin. Finding a new AC or heater repair company is like finding a new hairdresser or a auto repair company. It's terrifying. Years ago, I took a wild chance on Modern Air. First of all because it was a family-owned business and there's something I liked about that. I remember the first time that Charles from Modern Air came to my home because I had an air conditioning issue with my unit outside. He came over to me showing me a little fuse and said " see this little piece right here? Many people that can service your AC will tell you that you need a new unit or something major but this little piece cost $10 to replace". I knew I found my company.

I have to call Modern Air at least once a year whether it's my old heater unit or my AC unit. They are extremely honest and although I am told ( and know) that my unit is ancient, they managed to keep it ticking for a few more years. .

I live in the Westbury area and they will come all the way over to service my home from Katy. They show up on weekends if it's an emergency. Honestly I've never had to wait for days unless it was the part that was needed that out of stock at the moment.The issue is usually is taken care of within 2 days. I will leave you with this last sentence:

My contractor recommended Charles and Modern Air of Katy last year and I signed up for their annual maintenance program. Charles was extremely efficient, informative and effective
- so when my AC died last month I called Charles immediately. He showed up the next morning, clearly explained my options for replacement and completed the work the next day — which involved working in 100+ degree temps and having to navigate tight /challenging spaces to get the unit in place. Everything was cleaned and returned to perfect condition when they finished. He voluntarily came back the next day to check on things and when the temps weren’t exactly as expected he spent almost the whole next day working to make it perfect. I can’t recommend more highly!

I’ve been using Modern Air for 15 years. Would not use any other a/c company. Modern Air does quality work at great prices.The owner Charles is an excellent guy to do business with. If you are looking for a great ac company, Modern Air is who you are looking for.
