Mike was fantastic. He quickly identified the problem and was able to come back the next day to resolve it at a reasonable price. I'll use them again next time something pops up.

Even though they told me they don't deal with the kind of hard galvanized duct work I have in my attic (I can understand why) they set up an appointment and came out the next day. Checked out the blower, inspected the repairs I had done, fixed the float switch which was broken, and answered all my questions about my HVAC system. Well worth it, cost was very cheap, and I would absolutely call them for all my future HVAC needs.

Since I wrote this they've been out twice, both times just awesome guys who know their stuff and always communicate what they're doing so I know what's going on and what to look for in the future. I hope I don't have to call them again any time soon but I'm very glad to have found them.

My first time using Courtesy's service and I was greatly impressed! Same day service and fixed my AC problem extremely quick. They were incredibly professional and friendly through the entire process. I will be definitely be using them again.

Comfort Installed a whole new system in my home, and it has been running trouble free for 1.5 years. They have serviced my parents unit as well. They are always responsive and offer great service. I highly recommend them if you want someone who is honest, straight forward and dependable.

I contacted Brad at 7 PM about an air conditioner that was barely cooling (running 24 hrs a day to keep house at 80 degrees) and wanting to replace the inside and outside units (had been trying to nurse the AC along for a while, but finally gave up). The install team came the next day and had my new unit quickly installed. Great service and great price too! Have used Courtesy for several years now and will continue to do so.

I called because of concerns of mold around one of our AC vents. Brad kindly explained that it was likely just some condensation and to just clean it up and add some insulation to soak up any moisture but they would have someone out the next day to have a look. Little did I know that my husband had also contacted someone who is able to come out same day. The person discovered that one of the ducts had become disconnect and so just reconnected it but recommended that we change out all of our ducts.
I called bad back the next day to see if you could provide an estimate for changing out all of our ducts. He spent some time just talking through this with me and addressing any concerns I had. The reason we did not use this business is because he recommended we didn’t need to do anything yet!

I honestly appreciated Brad giving taking the time to listen and give sound advice. When we do have AC work, I will definitely be using them!

By far the BEST service and price! Brad went above and beyond to make it the best experience for us. Finally a company who believes in honesty and integrity! They gave me lots of options and actually had it replaced the same day. Even cared enough the following day to call and make sure everything was okay. Just can't say enough about how great Brad was! Brad is Amazing!! Our A/C was out on Sunday and we were dying of heat. I called and not only did he pick up he was out to our house in an hour and fixed our fried capacitor and wiring to the compressor. I’m not a 1st time customer as he has helped us in similar fashion EVERY time! True professional!!

Our AC stopped blowing cold air. Called Courtesy AC on a Saturday morning and they had someone out that afternoon. Mike evaluated the problem and explained the issue. Bearings going out and causing the compressor to overheat flipping the breaker. He didn't have the motor in stock but said he'd get it Monday and be out to fix. Hurricane Beta arrived Monday so Mike suggested the weather looked good for Thursday. When Beta broke early he called and was out at end of day Wednesday to put us back under (glorious) blowing AC. [If you live in Houston you know how important that is.]

Honestly I wasn't expecting a call back, but Brad called me back in a couple hours and was very informative, honest, professional, and very kind. Everything that I appreciate as a consumer. He scheduled a tech to come out the next day. Mike came out early within my appt window, he called me when he was on his way, and was just as informative, professional, and kind as Brad had been. Brad was very helpful and provided excellent service. He spent time with me explaining how I can better my system performance which I find going above and beyond. Responded very promptly to my needs and was honest and fair.

My home has two older AC units (more than 10 years). When one unit went out, David arrived within 3 hours and had my AC back online quickly. David took the time provide a full preventative diagnosis on both units. Very helpful and honest.

Mike Roach was the service person who helped me out. Very prompt response to service calls. Mike handed me both his business card and the company card as he enters the house. I noticed from the cards that they are BBB member, that's a huge assurance. Mike is so courteous, he puts the ladder back so much more gentle than my husband ever does. Showed me with pictures, and even after the work is complete, he didn't mind the extra trouble, and climbed up to the attics again just to show me for my own knowledge. Mike took hims time explaining to me too. Totally trustworthy service. They are a family run business since 1988, and it really shows that they care, from Mike to Brad who talked with my husband over the phone. We will always go back to them. Thank you, Mike! This is the only AC company I'll ever use in Houston, and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They are extremely responsive and have great communication. They show up when they say they're going to. They always try to troubleshoot and repair before considering replacement - they know their stuff. Pricing is more than reasonable. I've used this company for years and wouldn't even consider calling anyone else.

I called Courtesy Air Conditioning and Heating on Friday afternoon after my A/C unit had started leaking through my ceiling. I had already received an outrageous quote from one of the “big guys” and called Courtesy for a second opinion after reading their great reviews. Brad came out within the hour, assessed the situation and gave me a quote a full $10,000 cheaper than the first company that had come out! Same equipment, repairs, everything. These guys are honest, professional, hard working and friendly. Our A/C is blowing cold now with a new condenser and coil and I’m very happy with our service. I contacted this company after seeing they were locally owned and had been in business for many years. They were able to schedule a repair for my HVAC system for the same day. While refilling the coolant in the compressor, he explained how everything worked and how the parts typically fail or lose coolant over time and explained the pros and cons of replacement vs repair. Very professional and trustworthy!

Dave and Dan were an exceptional team. They were professional and fast when assisting my parents in Houston. After receiving the call that air conditioner was malfunction at 93 degrees at night. Parents were in a frantic state of just being hot and bothered.
