As a property manager of many retail doors... it is great to see that there are still honest people around. Most hvac companies are not trustworthy, not be caust they are not honest people but they are just trying to churn business and the technicians are not qualified enough. Charles is different. He is honest. Upfront. He does honest work and is not just trying to make the most money off of every job.

Update: My AC unit started blowing warm
air recently and wouldn’t cool down the house. I was able to make an appointment with Charles quickly and he came out and knew what the problem was within 5 minutes! He got the part I needed the very next morning, installed it and changed my air filter all within 10 mins so I could still make it to work on time! Thank you again! It was getting colder in Houston so when I turned on my heater and I started hearing a buzzing sound, I wanted to get it fixed as soon I could. I found Modern Air with Google's help and Charles was able to come out the same day to diagnose the problem and get it repaired quickly. We have noticed our AC not working the day I had just brought home our newborn baby. Thankfully he was able to come the same day and refilled the freon. He addressed that we actually had a leak, and would need a full replacement so the freon was temporary but it was enough to keep us cooled in the mean time. He credited the freeon replacement towards the AC replacement once we agreed to move forward with the replacement and got right to work!
