Just bought my home and had to replace all my ducts and remove/install insulation for a two story home. Orel did a great job managing the entire project and gave me a great price. His crew did an amazing job - showed up on time, was very cordial and the quality of work was exceptional. Highly recommend using this company.

Not exactly sure how I ended up with these guys since I called magnolia chimney sweepers but either way Jeremy showed up and was really nice. His prices were not the same as I was quoted over the phone by magnolia chimney sweepers but he did find some issues that needed to be addressed. I thought I was gonna get a chimney cleaning. $1000 later he finished up the job and got everything fixed. Not sure that what was done in the amount of time it was done was worth $1000. I’ll be shopping around for someone else for sure.

I had reached out to Nathan for a quote to clean the ducts and a repair. Through Facebook. They arrived around 5pm-6pm did their work efficiently and professionally, I met Jeremy one of the workers who was beyond great. We asked him to do something and he did it. NO ISSUES. We had asked for some additional work to be completed to better the home. I would definetly recommend this company for whomever needs it. Thank you again to your entire team Nathan n Jeremy

Priority Home Services was great! They did an amazing job cleaning the chimney. The crew was friendly, professional and very nice. They are a very good value for the service they provide. I called to make an appointment and my appointment was rescheduled three times. I should have known then that the service I would receive would not be up to par. When the service technician came he only worked outside which is different than people I know who have had their ducts cleaned and the technician comes in behind the dryer. He worked outside and put the air duct cleaner pipe in and swirled it around for less than 15 minutes and said he was done. I was shocked that all that work would be done so quickly. He left the fluff that he removed from the dryer on the ground and I had to pick up myself. Days later my dryer would not dry clothes properly, so I assumed something was wrong with it, I had a technician look at it and it was not my dryer. It turned out that the fluff left in the line was collecting steam and blocking the air duct to let the air out. My husband and I pulled out chunks of wet fluff. I gave the company a call and sent an email with pictures of all the fluff I had collected to show them the job had not been done properly. I did not receive calls back in a timely fashion. It has been two weeks since this happened and I was trying to talk to the manager so we could come up with a solution. After speaking with a front desk worker today, she told me I would not get a refund and that the technician had told me my pipes were not up to code. I do not understand why they would’ve done the work on a pipe that had to be fixed. So, all in all, I spent $227 for 15 minutes of work that was not done properly and the company does not stand behind their work.. Having the fluff stuck is dangerous. And furthermore, doing work on pipes that are broken does not make sense. I would not recommend using this company to anyone.

Hired priority home services for a repair on a gas fireplace. Very good service for a fair price. Owner contacted me before his technician arrived and the technician also kept me informed of his arrival time. The technician was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company.

Used PHS to install new ducts and insulation. Had a total of 4 quotes and decided to go with them after reading about their reviews and then speaking with Orel over the phone. He was awesome! Very responsive, knowledgeable and gave me a competitive quote relative to the other companies I was looking at. The supervisor, Jeremy, oversaw the entire job and I felt taken care of for the entire project. The insulation and duct work took 2 complete days and Jeremy communicated with me every step of the way. Cant say enough about him! He left the attic looking brand new as he removed all of the junk from the previous owner and properly hung the ducts relative to what they looked like from before. I would highly recommend working with this company. I fully plan on using them moving forward for all HVAC and related services as my one stop shop. Thanks Orel for an amazing experience!

This is the second time I have used Priority Home Services and they are consistent in their pursuit for quality work at a reasonable price.

Earlier in the year, they cleaned my air ducts, and made them look brand new. My system no longer has growth occurring or expensive air leaks. Recently I brought them back out to add additional insulation in my attic. It was blown in perfectly for even coverage and they were quick to complete the scope of work. My electricity bill has noticeably improved since.

This company is memorable, because they are committed to doing right by their customers and standing by the quality of their work. I will use them again in the future for any services they offer!

Came out wanted over 1600 to clean vents charged a service fee of 67.00 then came back and said fee changed wanted 99.00 then did not turn my air handler back on my house house has heated up I called and was asked to turn on my self after paying a fee now waiting for someone to return to turn handler back on while my upstairs unit Continuously runs hopefully it’s not damaged due to Their negligence

DO NOT USE this company!!! 3 AC units installed all had problems within 3 years. 2 warrantied coils broke and leaked freon, but did not replace them with the original brand Trane, instead replaced them with cheaper local brand coils and did not tell customer. Also charged $850 LABOR ONLY for replacing the coil totaled $1700, a lot more expensive than other contractors, if not because of warranty wouldn't go with them. Then one of them leaked freon again last month (within 2 years) and found out by our AC maintenance guy and had to replace the warrantied coil again installed 2 years ago. Today the 1st floor unit coil leaks freon not working again, all within 5 years. Poor quality and expensive labor, will never use again and will complain to Trane and builder!!! Horrible experience!!!

Last year our AC went out and I needed someone to come last minute, after 6 pm. I found Easy Flow Services through my neighborhood Facebook group, and they came out and did the job in under 20 minutes.

We wanted to have a few things with our home checked in terms of maintenance. I called Easy Flow again, and they came out and gave some recommendations. I had two more people come out for second and third opinions (I know🤦‍♀️). The second opinion didn't recommend everything Easy Flow recommended and wanted to charge more and I found him to be quite unprofessional, and the third gave the exact same recommendation as Easy Flow for about the same price.

We decided to go with Easy Flow Services and they came here today and were here for about six hours. I'm incredibly happy with their work, and their professionalism. I was home by myself the whole time and felt very comfortable. These are not friends or family of mine, just a company I found on my neighborhood FB group page that I'm very happy with. If you need anything AC related, this is a trustworthy company that won't try and rip you off!

Yall, these people are amazing and super affordable. My AC had been out for some time at my office and I got a quote from somebody else for $2100. I was like Ehh, let me call somebody else. Well Eri with easy flow came out the next day & was on the roof for about 10 min. PROBLEM Solved! Go here guys. I never write reviews, but I had too. A very professional company, quality work, wonderful staff. Attention to detail.

They tried to fix an issue with out A/C unit and it didn’t work so they came back and just undid the work they did. And charged us for each visit even though they didn’t fix anything. When I called to inquire they said they would phone me back and never did. Don’t use them!
