I can’t recommend them enough!! We’ve used Rotex for two houses. Miguel came out quickly, provided quotes on the spot, had different financing options if needed, and they installed quickly and did a great job. Our first house was just a simple replacement but our second house needed all new ducting, air return, additional vents, and more insulation in the attic.

The first time we used them they came out on Saturday and installed Monday. The second time, I called Thursday morning, they came Thursday afternoon to assess, gave the quote right then, and installed the following day! It was 100+ degrees outside when we replaced the second one so I appreciated their sense of urgency.

Both times they’ve come out, given a quote, and installed before other companies even responded with a quote. Rotex happened to be lower than the other quotes both times!!

I highly recommend them. Miguel’s number is saved in my phone and I’ll be calling again soon for our third house!

Had issues with my 18 year old ac heating system and called Miguel with Rotex AC and Heating referred to me by a friend, Miguel was out at my house within couple hours of calling him and looked over my ac system and gave me several options and pricing along with finance options on 2 to 3 choices of systems I could choose from and answered all my 1000 questions I had for him and was very professional and patient.
The install crew who came out to install my new ac system was very good and on time when told what time they would be here along with clean up when done and also explained new thermostat functions and answered all questions I had for them.

I recommend Rotex AC for any new or replacement job. Miguel explained the whole process in detail and their crew did an excellent job. They were very clean, professionals and organized with some of the most affordable prices around.

Miguel did a great job setting us up with a new 5 ton system. He took his time and explained everything to us. His team came out the very next day, and did a great job! Would highly recommend.

My experience with Rotex AC was a great one. I sent a message to Diego Hernandez one evening and he was at my house the following morning to give me an estimate. He was very professional and gave us a great explanation of their services and prices. I was very pleased with their prices that I agreed to replace all my A/C. An hour later we had a crew arrive at my house and did an awesome job removing my old system and installing the new one and by 5:00 PM they completed the job. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking into getting your A/C replaced.

It was time to retire my 21 year old attic furnace + outside condenser. Got 3 bids. Best was Rotex. Ask for Miguel in pics below. You will see brand new duct work, 4 ton Amana 2 stage 17 SEER laying down on its side ( old one was upright, by the way better to lay down and the 2 stage is much quieter), GREEN light on top of unit is surge protector, you will see large supply/intake plenums so that your AC can breath without suffocation. Also 2 (two) blow out primary drain lines - most people put in one. The most important - good quality/hard working people at an affordable price $$ + great financing ( 0% over 24 months). Ask for Miguel F.

Miguel and his crew did an amazing job replacing our A/C with an affordable price. They were very professional, efficient, courteous, timely, and answered all of our questions. Miguel worked with us to find the best solution to meet our needs. They came out one day to check everything, the next to install the A/C, furnace, insulation, and all new vent covers, and followed up the next day on all of the work. They kept everything clean while working, and Miguel even came back after the installation was complete to check on all the work to ensure it was done properly. The A/C works amazingly. I had to replace my old AC unit in our house. It was the original unit with the home. A coworker of mine referred me to Rotex heating and AC. He used them for his new system and, his In-laws as well. Miguel and Diego came out, were very professional and went through all my options. They were the only sales team that walked around the house to see where the vents were, how many windows, ect He told me exactly what he would do for my size home, and didn’t oversell. They also let me know how the new refrigerant roll out would affect what we wanted to do. They also suggested we add a vent in the master closet to help with airflow in out bed room (which has been awesome!) He gave me a 3 different setups to fit my budget. They were the second quote out of four and were much more affordable than anyone else. As I stated before, they didn’t try to oversell me on the product or the setup. I live in an 1900 sq ft home. Some of the systems the companies were wanting to put in didn’t even make sense and were super expensive. The install crew came out on a Saturday morning around 645 (Early I know but attics get hot in the summer!) they were very professional and efficient. They had the new system installed and running in about 7 hours. They put down plastic covers inside so nothing got on the furniture and cleaned up after(which was minimal). Overall the whole the experience was great. If you need a new AC unit I would call Miguel and Diego at Rotex Heating and AC.

I had Miguel Fernandez came into our house for a quote on our AC. Miguel was very respectful as he came in with greetings and very professional in introducing himself . Miguel laid out all information to me, difference on pricing for each brand. He explained in details on how the process will be for the installation and of course help us a lot to get the financing that we can afford for the AC unit we chose . I'm just very happy and very thankful I found this company. It's not that prices are so affordable , their scheduling is very easy too. I just chatted with someone and there it goes I was scheduled morning the following day and came on time too. I will basically recommend Rotex AC heating company and of course Miguel Fernandez AC specialist to help out with your AC/heating needs. So very satisfied with their work.

Taken aback!!! I was ok with them at first when I knew they’d come up with some finding to charge me extra! Well of course they did! Said i had mold. One guy was in the attic doing the cleaning! And the other was down here with me, trying to convince me that i needed new air ducts a total of 3500.00 vs 99.00 ugh no thank you! I just wanted maintenance done for now. Then he tried convincing me that i needed a sanitation service to rid my house of the mold. 548.00 plus a uv light 850.00. I finally stopped them from doing that sanitation service! Wrote them a check for 107.00 and they left really quick thereafter. Hmmmm not sure I’ll be using this company again! EVER

I used green city pros last week tuesday (6/8) I paid for an ac tune up, air duct cleaning and dryer vent clean out. When they left my house my house went from 76 to 79 because they turned ac off to perform services. No problem.
But the problem for me is by the time it got to about 630pm the degree changed to 78. They left close to noon. That's almost 6.5 hrs later. My ac never done that before. My house didnt completely cool down til 11pm to 76. Ac was running straight for 11 hrs without turning off.

Texted the tech next day, nonresponsive through text. Texted fb messenger and then texted again to tech person received a phone call.

Talked to "E" who is the field supervisor. He at first  justifies the work of his techs and that they completed their job.🙄 I told him how it took 11 hrs straight to cool my house down and that is something that is not normal for duct cleaning. "E" then said it might be freon or there is an electricrical issue which that is additional money. Not a problem because of course that something that has to be check in an ac tuneup. So then doing the ac tune up that means eli never checked the freon. "E" the supervisor mentioned to me the tech "E" is not certified or doesnt know how to do freon. Which made no sense to me because "he perform the ac tune up and he told me there was no issues"🤬 "E" said he could get another tech to come back out on sunday because i was going out of town and that would be the next available date for the new tech to come. This is thursday (6/10)

Saturday (6/12) comes to receive a text message to confirm appt and I called the number to let them know I would need to reschedule. The guy at the office at first says they do not see my address on record which I have a text message that proves other wise🙄I gve them my address and he mentioned he will send me another rescheduled time for a different time. They did not!

Now its monday (6/14) I called 346 number and the same guy working in the office read the same script to me that he will get someone to come out and to keep my phone on the line. Mind you at this point i called 4 times yesterday for them to handle their business. I received one call from an 855 number to set up appt and but the line went dead. Tried calling number back and it was a busy tone.😑 not a houston area code either. Called edger'S phone and his voice mail box is not set up.😑😑
When I called back the 346 number (4th time) at this point I'm upset and assertive and asked the gentleman on the phone to give me someone that can help me because you have not been able too. He cut me off in an attitude and said he is sorry but he is the only one that can help me and that he will send info out for someone to call me so good bye and HUNG up on me. RuDe!😑

I hired this company with honest integrity and hate that I wasted money on them for not completing their job when i could have hired someone else. I highly do not recommend anyone to use them. Everything could have been avoided if they sent me techs that are certified for freon! Done that day on tuesday when hired.😑

With not having voice mail boxes set up, the same guy repeating the same script with no solution, automated fB message thanking me for their response but not following up with another response when I started having issues, an 855 number that I was not able to call back to reschedule an appt..... sketchy sketchy. And this company has been going strong for 18 yrs. Smh twice!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. They discussed a price in the beginning and ended up being double the amount at the end. When finished they didn't vacuum up anything that came out of the vents that hit the floor. Technician took it upon himself to do more work than was discussed and said we HAD TO PAY at the end. Messaged them on FB about the issue and no response. They blocked me. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This place is certifiably AWFUL. Truly.
We had an appt for 8am with a window of 8-10a… no one showed . Called and was told they would reach out to tech and get back to me. Nothing. 5 hours later I call again and given the same script. I even asked if there was anything else to be done like reschedule, or what? They gave me nothing. Three hours later we call again and say we will just go elsewhere due to the lack of response, professionalism by the call staff (they were so rude) , and no show. The guy said ok, we will cancel and then hung up the phone!! Didn’t even ask our name or details. Truly, some of the worst business experience I’ve encountered. Good luck if you go with these guys!
