Amazing company I can say. I woke up one Monday feeling different and wasn't sure the smell in my home was so i reached out to Texas Right Choice company explaining my situation and immediately the same day they came to my home and done a diagnostic test an found mold in my AC vent. Quoted me a price and explained what it would cover. Me and my husband agreed and four days later they came back and fixed the problem we were having and also installed a UV light so it wouldn't happen again. All my air ducts and vents are clean and my home smell back fresh like when I first got it built... Thank you Texas Right Choice for your service... See yall in six months for cleaning.

Richard and his team was absolutelyyyy awesome! They were efficient, detailed, and extremely professional! I highly recommend.

Cannot recommend, they could have had all my residential accounts but this did not go well. The main guy was more focused on upselling than what he was originally there for. He literally did no work and sole purpose was to sell. Of course they found problem with the AC unit and wanted to charge 2k on top of just a duct cleaning. I informed them that I could have all issues fixed by my friends AC company next day. Main guy at that point was disinterested with the job they were sent to do. When my AC guy showed up I told him that I had the ducts cleaned and he looked at them and said all the ducts were dirty and they didn’t clean anything. I would think duct cleaning would clean everything to the vent grilles. But all grilles were dirty and they only worked in attic. I’m not quite sure exactly what they did at this point except collect money. I did try to contact them but they chose not to answer any of my concerns.

Good Company to deal with. Had to reschedule but, the follow up was on time and addressed all of our needs. The lead tech Richard was knowledgeable and I truly felt that he had the customers best interests in the forefront of his work.

Dishonest and Untrustworthy – Stay Away they are thieves.

I hired this company for duct cleaning, and it was a terrible experience. The technicians claimed I needed “deep cleaning” and charged me $600 after a so-called discount. They promised to clean all ducts and the AC system, and I agreed.

I was present the whole time but later realized they only showed me one photo and never proved the full system was cleaned. After I left for work, I texted them to confirm, and they denied promising full-system cleaning.

When I inspected later, I found their equipment couldn't even reach into the vents —they started from the AC unit only. The vents were still dirty, and it was obvious the job wasn’t done properly. They refused to return or issue a refund.

Total waste of money—I'm pursuing legal action to recover $400. Do not hire this company

Would highly recommend! They did the air duct cleaning on 2 ac units and resealed both ac units, dryer duct, and ductwork.

Ben came out to help us with a duct cleaning. He was able to give us some better insight on the health of our units and we are getting a deep clean and UV to make our ducts last! Great service!

I tried calling these people and no answer as well left messages I hired to clean vent I went to the attic when I saw what they were we’re cleaning I noticed the vacuum was running and it was just laying on the floor just making noise many of my ceiling vents had mold they didn’t bother to clean it
Trying reaching them many occasions and email and nothing but quick to reply for new hire job

So far these people will not respond to fix the problem I had called them almost every single day quick to respond to a new job but fell to respond to a customer concern issues I would be careful hiring these people take look at a job they did they used tar versus ac tape and hole is visible where all the air leaks out into the attic they didn’t bother to leave an invoice to the job they did be very careful folks ! They very charming

Very impressive from the sales rep down to the installation crew very professional very kind and very task motivated these guys got here right on time at 9 AM and spent eight hours straight replacing my whole duct system as well as installing 16 inches of brand new installation in my 1700 ft.² attic Would highly recommend them to anyone needing uct or attic services thank you Texas Right Choice!

I would give them 2 stars if they I didn’t have to reschedule my appointment due to the fact they were delay with the house before us. But anyways the technicians came in seemingly with an attitude. One of them has a strong smoke smell as well. After inspecting the attic, they immediately showed us a video claiming that there was mold and we needed a deep cleaning which costs about $1500. We had no clue if the video was even from our attic to be honest. When asked a couple of questions, the answers were either “I don’t know” or with lack of interest attitude. It seems they were only interested in upselling like other customers stated. I wouldn’t use them again.

Jonathan came to my rental house to look at a mold issue we were having. He was so kind and patient with me. When I received approval from the landlord to complete the work I called the office and was scheduled for Friday. 10 minutes later I received a call back saying that Jonathan can come tonight. When he and his crew arrived, they were super professional and did exceptional work! I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone that needed their services.

I used their services and they were very professional and puntual. They showed me pictures of the work done and most importantly when I called back to get something looked up that was missed because we had locked the door, Richard without hesitation sent his staff to take care of it. He really has pride on his customer service! Will be using them again for sure.

Just wanted to share a heads-up about Texas Right Choice Home Services. I had a technician come out and he was very aggressive about trying to sell me extra HVAC cleaning products I didn't need. When I said I only wanted the service we agreed on, he got visibly upset and said something completely unprofessional like "In America people listen to advice." I had to call the manager, Richard, who thankfully apologized for his employee's behavior. While the manager was responsive, the initial experience was pretty awful. Be cautious and stand your ground if you use them.

The service itself was excellent — the technicians were professional, thorough, and respectful of my home during the duct cleaning. I was very satisfied with the quality of work.

However, I was disappointed to later find out that the company offers a $99 promotion for single-unit homes, while I was charged nearly $1,400 for what appears to be the same service. I wasn’t made aware of this promotion at the time of booking, which left me feeling misled and overcharged. I value transparency, especially when it comes to pricing.

Great service, but I hope the company improves on communication and fairness regarding pricing so others aren’t caught off guard the same way.

Came for a regular duct cleaning and noticed mold growth unfortunately. Was very communicative, and made sure we were well taken care of! Great experience!
