Just had this company come install a new 5ton hvac system and I have to say this is one of the best ac companies I have dealt with. First off the crew that came to do the install where top notch they had pride in their work and it shows . The upstairs unit came out looking better than what the builder had installed when I first purchased the house over a decade ago. Outside unit wiring and hoses were nicely covered and insulated better than what was previously there. All said and done I highly recommend them for any work or maintenance needed on your hvac system. Very reasonable pricing as well.

We did everything on the spot on Saturday and Monday they had a big crew onsite to remove old unit and install new one, the boss was also onsite for inspection. Best choice we ever made using this air conditioning company! Our previous AC (that came with the house) was poorly done and these guys rewired and cleaned up the whole set up, leaving the attic cleaner and more spacious than it was before. The set up was professional and they protected all the floors leading through the house. The guys were friendly and fast. They ripped out and took our AC away and replaced it within six or seven hours!

Carlo took the time to explain everything and check on the setup frequently, and he was so kind and friendly. We are so glad we made this investment in our home and now our house has the right size AC, with the latest AC technology, at an incredibly reasonable price! We finally got rid of our portable AC machines and are chilly all day long.

Biggest bait and switch.

I usually don't write review, but I have to write one just because how bad it is. When I called the front office, I was quote $267 to clean two AC systems and a dryer vent ($99 for each system and $69 for the dryer vent). The crew arrived today and immediately barked a different price right before they even open my AC vents. The crew leader claimed that since my system is too old, I have mold in all my AC vents. They will need to adjust their method of cleaning and want $1499 to clean both AC systems. I refused service since the price is outrageous. I proposed that they should only clean the dryer vent instead. Again, the price is increased from $69 for cleaning they dryer vent since my dryer vent is too long. Again, I refused service. I don't know what I should expect, but the amount of disrespect from the crew leader to the outrageous increase in price from the original quote to the actual quote are too much for my taste. Here is the kicker: when they put the vent back into my AC units, they only seal one of the two vents with tape. I have attached pictures. If I can give zero star, I would.
