I just want to share with you a recommendation for Redstone Air Conditioning. Another neighbor referred me to Redstone last week. They recently used Redstone and had a good experience with them. Since I had been given the run around by three other companies, I was happy to get a glowing referal.

Redstone serviced 5 a/c units and modified another unit. The worked modification was moderately complicated, which included creating new zones, replacing plenums and ducts. They spent half of Monday and all day Tuesday and Wednesday meticulously doing what they promised and they did it for the amount agreed to (which was quite reasonable). The were prompt, polite and professional. Their communication was excellent and they are a small locally owned company.

I don’t give out recommendations lightly. I feel confident that Henry and his crew are honest, competent and professional. If you don’t already have a trusted A/C company, you would be in good hands with these people.

Came home to my AC not working, Jose came within the hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted, and got it fixed quickly. He gave me a detailed explanation of what was done and why, and what will need to be done in the future. So glad to have my AC fixed same day! 5 star service, will definitely use again.

As the temperature is soaring at 100 during the day, the HVAC gave up on us in the morning, I called, and the technician was on site within the hour!
Not long before the faulty part was allocated and replaced, few more diagnoses and the HVAC is perfectly functional.

Excellent job, kudos to Texas Fresh Air, I definitely recommend them if you need anything that has to do with your AC. The technician that came home was very kind and knowledgeable about everything I needed to know. I’ll use their services back for sure.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The A/C in my rental home has been struggling for a while, so I called these guys to come check it out and diagnose the problem. The first issue was the technician did not speak any English, so communication was extremely difficult. They said it needed a "cleaning", which was pretty much just the tech hosing down the outside of the unit, for which they charged me $300. The technician did not do any air flow testing or much other diagnosis. Well, no surprise that didn't fix the problem, so I called them back a few days later to come take another look. Again, the tech did not speak English. They said that now the problem was the thermostat being on 'Auto' mode, when it should be on manual. I didn't understand how that would cause the A/C not to cool properly, and when I asked the owner about it, he couldn't give me any reason for why that made sense. But they left and said it would fix the problem.... well of course it didn't do anything and my A/C still was not cooling the house.

After 2 useless visits, I called another company, Master AC and Heat, to come take a look. Right away they noticed that the unit had low pressure, and after some diagnosis, discovered that it was missing 2 pounds of refrigerant (which is significant). They added the refrigerant and the A/C is blowing super cold again.

I can't understand how the tech from Texas Fresh Air missed this major cause of the problem. I called the company to try and get a refund, and they told me no because "they fixed it the first time" and even had the audacity to say that my A/C lost the 2 lbs of refrigerant in the one week after they inspected my unit. Overall, a very poor experience and I recommend using another company for your air conditioning needs.

So, my AC went out during a heatwave, but no worries – Texas Fresh Air HVAC came to the rescue! They were super prompt, and professional, and replaced my unit in no time. Their price was unbeatable, especially considering another company offered a low-grade unit for the same rate as Texas Fresh Air HVAC's top-of-the-line Trane unit. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Now I'm cool and all set for a hot summer. I highly recommend them!

I had emergency with my AC system, so i called Carlo late afternoon to request an Emergency Repair, He listened to my concerns very professional and set one of his technicians to go to my residence which is 1 hour away from Houston. Regardless of being on a rush time traffic, he had the best attitude to arrange the visit. Once his AC professional arrived to my house, did the basic diagnosis procedures and identify the issue, he had all the parts and equipment he needed for the repair. AC start cooling in a blink of an eye, i am assuming it took them more time to drive to my location than what took them to fix it, which made me very happy because it was already late in the evening and I understand people have families and dont want to work till late. Overall im very satisfied with his professionalism, quality and fair prices. Thank you Carlo.

I called Texas Fresh Air after a complete panic from another conpany who came out to service my AC. I was informed that I had an evaporator coil leaked; although my unit blows great and stays cold. I got a second opinion with Texas Fresh Air. Carlo and Luis were great! They took their time checking my unit and answering my questions. They got the same stat reading as the last company but informed me that they were well in the normal range. After checking this; they were correct. I will definately stay with Texas Fresh Air and be using them moving forward. Thank you Carlo and Luis!

Let me tell you a story: I had a flyer come in the mail for $49 for a "tune up" from another company (ARS). No real clue what they did because after this "tune up" the guy said the house was going to get flooded because our coil was bad, the compressor fan was leaking and about to break down and the proceeded to quote us $18k for a 5 ton system!!!

So I got a 2nd opinion from Carlos. Sure enough he said, it's not that bad and I just needed a good cleaning and proper maintenance and they system should last 5 to 6 years!

Honesty is refreshing and should be rewarded. They did our cleaning and they'll do our future ones too. Plus a Google review that just explains what we as customers would want to have happen to us.

Couldn't be happier w Carlos and Texas Fresh Air.

Wow, Carlo and Crew at Texas Fresh Air were incredible. Our A/C went out before bedtime. We called Texas Fresh Air in the morning and they sent a serviceman to our residence near downtown within an hour. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to replace our whole unit that day! After three HVAC companies, Texas Fresh Air fixed the issue my HVAC had.
Erick, Louise and Carlos did the evaluation, the repair, and the explanation in simple words what was the issue and how it was fixed, all in less than 12 hours with first on site within 2 hours! That is what I call an amazing service. Finally, the cost was very reasonable!

Needed an emergency AC repair over the weekend, house was at 90 deg with a small child at home. Carlo and the team went above and beyond to source the part over the weekend and get everything installed as fast as possible. Carlo followed up multiple times after the install to make sure our house was nice and cold!
