I found some old pet fur and dust bunnies clogging up the vents in our new house. Connor performed an air duct cleaning and used a high-powered vacuum to reach every inch of the ductwork. He was very careful not to scratch our new paint and used corner guards on all his hoses. He also performed a dryer vent cleaning since we didn't know when it was last serviced. The house smells fresh and clean now, and I feel much better about moving our furniture in. He was a very thorough and polite technician who did a great job.

I purchased a home from Lennar in the cinco ranch/ Fulshear location, after 3 years of having horrible service and maintenance through the warranty I decided to call Red Stone. Jose Ortiz promptly figured out my A/C issue and had my house feeling cold in no time. From changing my filters to checking air vents, he went above and beyond to make sure I was extremely satisfied with his service. Highly guarantee his quality of work to anyone that needs their A/C maintained and or repaired.

Had the ac go out in the evening and they did not hesitate to show up that same night and run the necessary tests. They couldn't fix same day but showed up the next day AND they provided a portable unit for that night! They were absolutely professional and did the work in less that the estimated time. Would absolutely recommend these guys!

We put in a complete A/C system and we are very satisfied with this system and the maintenance of it. Another thing I like about Mr. Ortiz is that when he gives you a time he doesn’t have you waiting. If he says 10:00am that what he’ll do.

Great and timely service! Jose, Henry, and their team did a really good job replacing my furnace and A/C. I have an older house so they had to work as plumbers, carpenters, and electricians to fix a lot of problems. They also worked fast, everything was replaced and cool the day after I called them.
