We recently had our A/C line freezing in our attic ,So we called HoustonA/Cand Heating pros.They responded very fast.Edwin came over checked and explained everything very politely in detail and gave us a very reasonable free estimate,so we decided to give them the project.Edwin and his staff came on time.Edwin is very knowledgeable & efficient&most of all very polite person. Edwin was a real lifesaver when my AC recently was not getting cold. He promptly came early and found a simple fix for the condenser. He then identified a bigger issue with indoor unit and recommended two options. A short term inexpensive fix, or replacing unit/compressor. I was prepared to replace the unit as it was over 20 years old. Edwin was very informative about the new unit, and cost, warranty, etc., which was competitive.

Once I made the decision to solve the bigger issue, Edwin did not charge for the initial visit/fix. This is unlike many other companies that nickel and dime everything. This definitely bought Edwin some goodwill.

Once the new unit installation was complete (came promptly, was completed timely, and everything was cleaned up afterwards), Edwin advised of some other areas to improve efficiency, I agreed and once that work is done will post, I’m sure, another positive update.

If I could give houston ac and heating pros 10 stars I would! Edwin was very punctual and professional from start to finish. Edwin and his team replaced my entire system outside and in the attic including all the ducts. Edwin saw the layout of my house and made some suggestions to make the system run effectively, but best of all his prices remained extremely low compared to the 5 quotes that I received. A company that gave me the first quote called me back to see if I was going to choose them, but once I told them how much Houston ac and heating pros were charging me he said "oh man, that's a great deal I cant compete with that!" Edwin, you have a new customer for life, and if I know anyone that needs work I will always recommend you! My house is cooling better then ever. I've been here 13 years and my house has never felt this comfortable. Im so happy to have found out about houston ac and heating pros!
