Called around noon to see if I could get a fix when the condenser stopped running overnight, I got slotted in on a lunch break, repairman went straight to the problem, gave me the cost, installed the parts and had everything back up and running by 2pm. Had an issue with my a/c and I tried calling my regular ac company i use and was told they would try to get to me next week. They have gone down hill since the new owners took over. So i called ASAP Air and they arrived quickly and had my a/c up and running again in no time. A very professional company I will use again. I had an ac problem and called ASAP and they showed up ASAP. We were apprehensive about using a contractor.However our worries were put to rest upon meeting the technicians. They replaced the condenser and compressor and moved the compressor. I got the SEER 16 unit. It is so quiet that I can't hear it inside the house. Fair price, quickly done.

We are so thankful for the quality service we received from Richard Fulks of ASAP Air. Last year Richard installed a brand new A/C and heating unit for us. He did a fabulous job and it worked like a dream. We have an old home with some pretty frustrating electrical issues that caused a problem with our thermostat this summer. Richard could have easily told us to spend a fortune fixing the electrical, but that is not what he did. He found a solution for us that simple and far less expensive. He is honest, professional, and goes the extra mile for his clients. We fully trust his extensive knowledge and professional judgement when it comes to the care and maintenance of our A/C. He is an incredible asset to ASAP Air and is the reason we will keep coming back.

My a/c would not get cold so I contacted ASAP. I was impressed with their friendly, professional and helpful attitude because I was honestly not in a very good mood. They set my appointment for that afternoon and showed up exactly on time!...I was glad because I had to get back to work. They were very thorough with the inspection and found that my compressor motor was not working right. At first I was worried it was gonna cost a fortune, but they said it was just a capacitor. They fixed that just like their name...ASAP...and then checked and replaced my filters..tested the system..and I was back in a cool house.....YEA!!!....lol....I would recommend them...and have... to my friends and anyone who has a/c problems....Fast, friendly and priced right!!!....Thanks guys

On the first cold day in December we found out that our heater didn't work. I called ASAP Air that morning and they were able to squeeze us into the schedule for a quick fix. The guys were very friendly, fixed the problem quickly and charged a very reasonable fee for service on such short notice. We will definitely call ASAP Air when we need them again.

Richard from ASAP showed up less than 2 hours after I called on a Sunday.
He was able to fix my AC quickly, without hassle, and inexpensively.

AWESOME SERVICE. I've learned to stay away from the big name commission based companies, you know who they are. ASAP was out to my house in less than an hour and fixed the issue for a fraction of what the bigger companies wanted. They also said my older AC units were fine for possibly another 10 years, whereas others wanted $15k to install new units. ASAP will be company of choice going forward!

owner of company arrived within one hour late in the day to service my ac that had just quit working. Richard was very polite and helpful in explaining the problem and repairing the unit. The work was requested and performed after 4pm on a Monday. Most service providers would have charged extra for emergency service so late in day. Richard also spent another hour sharing info on what to consider when replacing my unit that is 30 years old. I very much appreciated the time spent answering my questions and sharing thoughts on what to consider when purchasing a new system......Steve

I can vouch for ASAP Air and their quick, professional service. I was able to request an appointment online and was promptly contacted to setup an time. I setup the appointment in the afternoon and they arrived early the next morning.

This company is fully insured & guarantees their work. There were two service technicians that came and they carry parts with them so they can fix the problem in one visit.

They made suggestions on things I could consider for maintenance and efficiency but were not at all pushy.

I will be calling them back when I need service again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I called first thing in the morning and ASAP Air was great on the phone and said they could be out to address my AC issues that day. They came a couple of hours later and immediately diagnosed the problem without having to do any serious work. Their service charge was very reasonable at $69.95, and I loved how they wanted to be conservative with their actions so they coud save me money. I felt very very comfortable with these well-dressed, personable gentlemen. I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience! I phoned last night, on Mother’s Day, and spoke with Richard. He talked me through the problem and recommended that I turn off the a/c for 2-3 hours as he suspected a part was freezing as my air filter was overdue to be changed. He was very nice and helpful telling me if this didn’t work I could call them in the morning and they’d work me in that day. Richard’s suggestion worked! Problem fixed! I’m very grateful. He saved me a lot of money and hassle, gave me good advice and took good care of me. He was clearly knowledgeable. I will be contacting ASAP Air in the future for service.
