This company installed the HVAC in my home when it was built. Had issues. Have photos of things not done correctly. They were unwilling to repair warranty work done improperly from the beginning. Duct work sitting on other duct work, cut outs in my rafters, no insulation between touching ducts. Complete mess which then caused condensation. Paying someone else to do it correctly. Don’t waste your time speaking with Jacob, the customer service manager, he’ll just tell you that you are wrong and he cannot help you.

In early April I began looking for an ac company to get a quote on installing a mini split upstairs in my townhouse because it wasn’t cooling upstairs. An appointment to get an estimate on cost was made that same day. I thought I would have to wait forever because summer was soon approaching.

Tyler, the technician, was very polite, answering all the questions I had. After he asked if I caref that he look around and see if he could find anything wrong. He came back and said that he noticed the way the air was blowing all downstairs, if he could go in my dusty attic to give it a look because he got a whiff or cool air when he opened the attic panel.

He came back down a few minutes later and told me he changed the air flow to push more air upstairs and he thought that would solve the problem (which, writing this review a couple of weeks later). The one temperature of the house is even now both upstairs and down!

I asked Tyler when he was done how much I owed him and he said, “nothing, ma’am.” I was shocked beyond belief.

From all interaction I had with this company, it was all positive. They are honest l, polite, even the receptionist explains all pertinent problems and processes. They were just wonderful and saved me thousands and thousands of dollars!

George came out and evaluated two issues. He was very informative and double checked his work. We decided new equipment was needed which the office secured from Trane and now I have an installation date in two days! Five stars!

AC premier has been the company servicing my AC unit. On Monday , Horace completed the routine maintenance check. He was prompt, professional and thorough in his inspection and service. I appreciated the detailed report he completed. A few days after the maintenance, I encountered an unexpected issue with my AC unit. Despite having just serviced it, i was concerned about the additional cost of repairs. To my delight AC premier not only responded swiftly to my call, but also covered the cost of the repairs entirely.

We called Saturday at 7pm asking for their 24-hour service, they told us yes, and that the ac technician would arrive between 9pm and 12am. 1030pm we called to confirm, they told us yes, to wait. We called 1237am and they told us that they did not have a technician available until 9am, they did not even have the initiative to call in time to find another company, it is the middle of SUMMER. Very incompetent.

They did a excellent job! fantastic company, would recommend them. And the ductless system works well and is so quiet.

Samuel was exactly on time, corrected the dilemma on the same day, and the price was reasonable. The best part is that the work visit was the next day after I called to schedule an appointment. Beyond impressed with this local company.

fix work arrived to the house May 10, 2017. Said my washer needed a bearing. He said they wood be back to repair it. I never got a call back to tell me when they would be back. I wait a week in half before I called. They said they were sorry and they would look into the problem. They finally came June 1 to fix it. The servicemen worked great on the washer got it fixed. That was the longest time for a repair. I would like you to look into it and let me know what happened. I have your maintenance program forever. Rosemary Umland
