Always need to have a good AC Company and I just moved to the Surprise AZ Area so I hopped on the phone and called around and this was the company I ended up going with after my research. I need a full service, including filter changes, and all. They came in and took care of everything for me and it was done much quicker than I expected. My repair was under warranty so it was free. They were polite and efficient. I gave them 4 stars because I had to wait a few days for the part to come in. Otherwise everything was excellent.

I have used Geo Contractors since Jeovany Rivas (the owner) was a new AC service provider and only had two trucks. Now he has numerous employees, a friendly call center, and many more trucks to better serve Houston and its AC needs. It is nice to see a small business grow into a success story because of hard work, trust, and an honestly.

I have a lot of Geo stories but my favorite one is when my outside unit literally blew up. I spoke to my general contractor and he said to contact Geo Contractors. I asked what I should do and he suggested replacing both the ac unit and the attic unit because they often are the same age and go out at similar time. I called Geo, told them my issue and get a very good price for both pieces of equipment. They come while I am at work and install the new parts. When I get the bill, I notice the price is very wrong. It is way to low for what we had talked about. I called up Jeovany and asked about the price. “Call me in 7-8 years.” I didn’t understand what he meant. “Your furnace in the attic is fine. It doesn’t need to be replaced. Just the outside unit needed to be replaced. So call me in 7-8 years, that is when the furnace might start needing care.“ I know nothing about AC work except that my unit was working before and now it was not. He could have easily done exactly what I asked, and I would have had to pay a lot more. He took the extra step, the honest step, of only fixing what was needed. He didn’t even complain about now needing to take the new attic unit back to the supplier. Not a lot of people would operate that way.

It gets better from there. The AC unit comes with a 1-year warranty which increases to 5 years if you register the unit with the manufacturer. When I went to the website to do the registration, I was very happy to see he had already had someone do that for me. I can imagine how many people forget to do this and find themselves in a bind when they need service only to find out the coverage, they thought they had wasn’t there.

I won’t get into the all the details, but Geo Contractors has done a lot of work for me, my family, and my tenants. They do everything from coil cleaning, unclogging drip pans, adding an emergency shut off at the rent house in case a pan was to get clogged, installing extra vents, repairing older AC units, installing that annoying extra wire the Nest needed to work properly; big or small, I get the same kind and professional level of service from them.

Lastly, his prices are very fair, but the best thing is the technicians who come to you house are very professional. Both my wife and I have both said that his techs are very easy to work with.

We are very pleased with the work done on our building's heating units. Great price, excellent service and a very professional technician who arrived earlier than we did at the office. We will definitely call again if there is a need. We highly recommend GEO Contractors!
