Every time we have used premier to service our zoned a/c unit we have had excellent service. Each representative has been professional, friendly and efficient. We highly recommend premier for your a/c needs.

This company’s drivers are seemingly incapable of following the most basic driving law, including abiding by flashing yellow lights in active school zones and reducing their speed. I have now witnessed trucks 12 and 30 this week alone changing lanes multiple times on 34th, never with a blinker, speeding around traffic, and ALWAYS ignoring the school zone.

I LOVE this company!!!!! Horace was amazing and took care of my issues right away! I called this morning and was taken care of by this evening! This is a wonderful company that really understands the customer! Thank you so much!!!

This company was our go-to HVAC contractors while I worked for a high end residential builder in Houston. Very knowledgeable and always helpful, they were always an integral part of our projects.

Brandon and his team did a great job on my install. It was a big job, and they worked tirelessly for two days to get it done. I am thankful to have had them work on my team!

As a builder and as a homeowner myself, I have done business with Premier Air Conditioning and Heating for over 15 years. The entire staff is wonderful and I can not imagine Rosie yelling at anyone. They provided HVAC for hundreds of homes for me and without a doubt, this is my "go to" company.

I wish that there was a way to rate the technician separately from the company/staff but alas there is not.
The technician would have a 5 star rating easily. Adam was great and explained everything that he did [in his 15 minute window that he was here].
The office staff on the other hand lied about having an $83 dollar service fee for them to come out and diagnose a problem with my AC. Considering that their website says they give "Free Estimates" and I specifically asked if there would be a service fee or a trip fee and was told that there would not be.
When I called to talk to the office staff I explained what I had been told over the phone I was yelled at by [Rosie] office staff and told that I was lying and that I had never asked about a trip fee.
I prefer to use local companies, but this encounter has made me wonder if a larger company that is held to a higher standard [like not yelling or lying to their customers] would be a better idea from now on.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. -
Premier A/C is a Class Act!!! They look for the root cause instead of coming in and saying you need a new unit. I had a humidity problem where I was looking at purchasing a dehumidifier. I talked to three different HVAC companies come to my house and all of them suggested a new unit or dehumidifier with the lowest cost being $4k. I talked to Keith about installing a new dehumidifier. He was direct and easy to talk to without high pressure sales. I called back and Jeff called me back and asked me key questions on why my humidity was so high. After talking for about 10 minutes on a Friday Night. I came home and did what Jeff said. The humidity came down dramatically. He checked in on me on Saturday. I worked with him to understand my system and now my humidity is normal @ 55%. It cost me ZERO. He has earned a customer for life and I will definitely use Jeff and Keith at Premier A/C for all my needs. THANK YOU

Super experience. I just had Brandon come out and install two new ecobee4 smart thermostats. He was a genius handling all the wiring and then was super smart on the thermostat program install. Bill came out to 68 dollars. I thought that was extremely fair as he was in my house for just short of an hour. He had to go into attic and work on wires due to the new thermostats needing constant power. My old thermostats were batter powered.

We've been using Premier at our home for close to (20) years, for just about any HVAC job there is. Their technicians are always prompt, professional and thorough. Shaun and Jacob recently came out to consult on a very complicated renovation project. Based on their analysis and great track record with us, we contracted Premier for the job. Shaun returned with a premier crew for a complete HVAC system replacement with dehumidifier, as well as a duct removal and relocation and other various updates in our home. Im thrilled with the results. Special props to Shaun for his attentiveness and the pride passion which he has for his work.

We built a new house with an industrial NY loft design inside. We previously lived in a 1930's era converted warehouse and copied many elements in the new house. That included exposed round metal A/C duct on thefirstfloor. All hangers were to be industrial types. From the beginning I had to stop them from taking installation shortcuts like using cheap hanging strap. To their credit they did correct those issues. However a big problem remains which are the A/C grills. They installed adjustable aluminum grills. In winter they expand and contract with very loud popping and banging noises. It is so loud it sometimes wakes us up upstairs. This is our third winter and have had Premier out the last two winters to make adjustments. Last year it became obvious that the solution is not to continually tighten the screws. Thermal expansion quickly negates that effort. I provided photos of the round metal duct grills we had in our old warehouse loft. Those were silent and I asked them to replace the adjustable aluminum grills with non-adjustable galvanized steel grills. They never responded. As I type this review I am forced to listen to the loud pops and bangs coming from the @&%*^ grills Premier stuck me with.

Premier installed my a/c unit many years ago, and it has worked flawlessly. I had my first problem today. Called Premier they had a service tech out the same day. The service tech called in route and arrived on time. Willis was very professional and did a great job! Willis had my unit running in no time, and charged a fair price. I will use Premier for all of my future A/C service needs.

I've used Premier AC a couple of times for repairs and never had any issues. Unfortunately, we an absolutely terrible experience with the company for our most recent repair.
Long story short, after 4 trips to our house over a 1.5+ week time period, we finally have a working AC. The repair totaled over $4,000. Had we known up front that the repair cost would be so large, we absolutely would have obtained a second quote and looked into replacing our entire AC instead of sinking more money into an older unit.
The initial tech that came out to our house worked very slowly for two hours only to tell us at 5pm on a Friday that he couldn't complete the repair because he wouldn't be able to get the necessary part until Monday. He filled up the unit with coolant and told us it would be fine to keep running our AC and that it just wouldn't as cool as much as we'd like it to. Premier AC wasn't able to return to complete the repair until the following Wednesday. Wednesday morning a different tech tells us that the AC unit is covered in ice and a coil has been damaged as a result of running our AC - directly contradicting what the first tech had told us.
I called to speak to the manager but according to the scheduler he wasn't available and typically doesn't return calls the same day. After calling 4 times, the manager finally returned my call and told us that there was no way running the AC had damaged the coils (it must have been damaged by something or someone else) and that they wouldn't be able to replace the coils until the follow week making it the 2nd weekend we would be without a properly working AC. -
We gave them a call when another company tried to sell us a entire unit upgrade due to supposed capacity limitations of the unit thats was installed in our home. (Almost 8000 dollars) Well from day one of owning it we never had a issue cooling our home and insisted there had to be a problem with the existing system long story short the professionals at premier came out and diagnosed our thermal expansion valve as the issue, once repairs where complete the ac is back as strong as day one of moving in. I will never use another company and will recommend this company to anyone who needs there ac fixed properly, professionally and timely. Big thank you to the gentleman from Premier ac yall have made a customer for life.

I continue to have an excellent experience with this company. The office is well- organized and service is always prompt. The crew sent to my home is always professional, capable, thorough and easy to deal with.
Extra points for wearing a mask and asking politely that I do so.
Premier originally installed the 2 unit HVAC system in my home and with routine maintenance it has performed flawlessly. -
Brandon and team came out and quickly detected a refrigerant leak that a previous AC company could not find. They were excellent—thorough, efficient, hard-working, and answered all of my question. They found replacement parts and completed the job the same day. The cost was fair and reasonable. I am so appreciative of their hard work. Will absolutely work with them in the future!

We had the best experience with premier. We called on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 when our upstairs ac went out. We already had a bid from a company and knew we needed a new fan motor. Shawn stopped by Friday evening 6:30 to put eyes on the unit and was back at 9:30 am on Saturday to repair it. The cost was incredibly reasonable and Shawn even texted Monday morning to make sure everything was working well. I’m so impressed by Premier AC and heating.

This company installed our new unit after we rebuilt due to a fire! We chose to use the foam insulation in our “new” home which required special equipment along with our regular unit. The unit itself is only a 2 1/2 ton for a 2000 sf house. My late husband was our contractor so he had no idea of any of our needs and depended totally on their expertise. The duct work is immaculate! We were able to move back in late summer and didn’t realize that the plumber forgot to connect the gas to the furnace properly. When it got cold and the furnace didn’t work I called Premier because I didn’t know what the problem was? Even though it wasn’t their mistake, they “hooked us up” and we were warm and toasty! They also installed a hotel type unit in our garage/man cave. It’s been almost 10 years since our house burned down due to electrical problems and we have never had any problems with either unit! I have Marvin out to check my unit every year! He’s the BEST serviceman ever! (I used to be part owner of an A/ C company.) I feel that he’s very honest, always polite, and does a thorough job! He just spent time educating me on this fancy thermostat that I have this week! I’m thankful to have found this company and would highly recommended them to any of my family, friends, and neighbors! Stay blessed!

Called up Premier to have them do an annual checkup and look into a potential issue with the unit. Willis was my technician and was an extremely knowledgeable and personable guy. He guessed my unit had a busted coil almost immediately after hooking his device up to the condenser, showed me how to identify signs of a leak on the coils, and then located the leak very quickly. He got me scheduled for a repair, but because it'd be over a week, his office instructed him to top up my Freon at no extra charge. I also learned something new from him today: hose down the condenser regularly to wash out any dirt and junk that builds up over time. It'll help your unit run better. I highly recommend their check-up service. It was extremely professional, detailed, and overall an excellent value.
The repair crew came out a week later to replace the evaporator. It was Good Friday and the office was closed. Pretty unfair of the office to make the crew work. The guys that did the work were nice, but unprepared for the job. They did not wear any safety gear except for boots and jeans, and weren't going to clean up the mess they made if I hadn't called them out on it. Working unsafely is never acceptable and is the reason the review has dropped to three stars. Unless they adopt a better safety culture, I wouldn't recommend Premier A/C to anyone for actual repair work. -
We just moved into a new home and called Premier based on a trusted co-worker's recommendation; it seemed like the old owner didn't perform routine maintenance on ANYTHING. Shaun, who is absolutely amazing at his profession, identified a clogged line before it caused long-term damage to our unit. He needed to follow-up with a second visit (the very next day at 6pm), but it was understandable given our situation. Shaun even found an issue with how our existing water heater was installed.
We would recommend Premier to anyone. -
Read this before you use Premier AC - My contractor for our renovation used them to install a traditional unit in our main house and a mini-split in our garage apartment. This was in 2015-2016. I have had nothing but issues ever since and have spent close to $15K fixing the basic installation mistakes that were made by Premier.
I am not talking about normal wear and tear and expected leaks. I am talking about fundamental mistakes in the design of the system. We're talking just garbage workmanship - drains that had FOUR 90 degree angles where they should have used flex pipe; lines that were run inside of walls that should have been run externally; coolant lines installed with pinches; ductwork that did not cool the downstairs properly (in a brand new house).
I've had to replace the mini-split twice and had to replace motors and coils in main house twice.
They say they stand by their workmanship, but there is one common thread through all of our AC issues and that is Premier AC designed and installed the system. I used them for 6 years to repair and they never "found anything wrong with design".
There are many, many good AC companies out there. Find a different one.
