I think it’s safe to say that it can be a little overwhelming when trying to find the “right” business to do a big (or not so big) job in your home. Before we found Cobb Comfort Control, my parents were constantly having to call their a/c repair guy to come back every couple of months for the same problem - paying for each visit and leaving them with only a temporary fix until it went out again. So happy we were able to find Cobb Comfort Control. Luckily, they were able to get an estimate done the day after we called. Randy is very professional and didn’t mind taking the time to explain and answer any questions we had. He was able to quickly assess the issue and had a solution for a more than fair price. Unlike others we’ve gotten estimates from, there was no push to do anything right away. Since Randy has completed the necessary repairs, my parents haven’t had any issues with their A/C. Another plus is that they do seasonal maintenance as well to make sure things are running as they should before those extreme low or high temperatures hit.
