RLC Services is an honest and trustworthy company. Our technician Ruben was very helpful and got our AC working again very quickly. We have used RLC in the past and will continue to do so.

Excellent service. I went through our home warranty company and they referred us to RLC. RLC called to set an appointment within two hours for the next day. Tech Chris came out EARLY and fixed the issue with our AC straight away (blown capacitor). I very much appreciated Chris' friendly demeanor. Will definitely recommend.

I called dispatch this morning because I was worried about the electrical smell from last night. Adrian was very nice and reassuring someone would come out today between 11 and 2 pm. I said the sooner the better. I had Rudy at my home around 11 am. He had called and gave me a 40 minute heads up he was on his way. Nice man and technician. He diagnosed my issue as a failed capacitor and retrieved one from his truck. He educated my husband on what he was doing and what he did to fix the issue. Collected the service fee and was off to his next call less than an hour later. Good experience. My heater is running perfectly now. RLC was dispatched through my home warranty company.

We are super thankful for the service we received today. Our heat had been out for the past three days but with the holidays we waited to contact our home warranty today the 2nd. Within 10 minutes of scheduling the service Lucy called to let me know a technician would be out within 15 minutes. The gentlemen showed up and fixed our issue quickly and our heat is working. I appreciate the professionalism of all of your staff abs how quickly they responded. Thank you so much!

The man who came to fix my AC didn’t even come inside before he told me it was working fine, and the reason it is 85 degrees inside my office room is because it is the middle of the summer.

I didn’t call them to get an explanation, I called to get it fixed, or at least advised on what could be done. My office room has always cooled to below 70 degrees on the hottest afternoon of the year.

85 degrees may be okay for him in his home, but I cannot work while I am sweating through my clothing or participate in video meetings.

He was rude, condescending, and dismissive. Never looked at the thermostat, which read 82, while it was set to 71 all day long. The actual temperature in my office is 85 by another thermometer reading in the room.

RLC was sent by a home warranty company, so all he needed to do was mark it as closed so he could move on and still get paid. I wouldn’t recommend OneGuard Home Warranty either. After this experience, if they do not send another contractor who knows how to repair or treat people with respect, I may need to look for another one.

I would recommend you find other company if you don’t want to waste your time sweating.

The technician that was sent was very unprofessional and talked a lot. He did not have any control over his talking at all. When I told him to get the job done, he spent less than 5 mins and told me work was done. After I finished work my air conditioner stop working completely. It was a mess. I would not recommend this company. I had to contact my warranty company for a refund. He kept emphasizing his payment.

I've been using RLC after my home warranty expired because they're honest and do a great job. I've never been sold to and they are keeping my old ac unit alive. Juan is particularly nice and always answers my questions.

RLC has been dispatched twice on the same ac system via Acclaimed Home Warranty. Both times Juan has went above and beyond to correctly determine the core issue. He also carried the part so we were back online in the Texas heat same day. When this 19 year old AC system finally gives up I will call RLC to replace the system! Very professional, down to the booties worn in the house. I cannot say enough good things about their expertise and commitment. 5 stars plus!

RLC Services came out via our home warranty company (Fidelity) and did a great job. From diagnosis to resolution, it was less than 60 minutes and our upstairs AC is back up and running again! Very professional and courteous service by the tech, Juan. Appreciate it! - DT

RLC has a very good group of guys working for them. Chris came out and diagnosed the issue pretty quick and Adrian helped us schedule the installation of our new HVAC system rather quickly. Lupe and his helper came out and made quick work of the replacement and we now have A/C back! Can't thank you guys enough!

Very poor customer service. They promised to come today even sent two confirmation texts saying the same. Hadn’t heard anything from them yet so I called to check on when they would be coming. I was told my appointment had been moved to the next day and no one had called or sent a text to notify me about the change. Plans had been made.so that someone would be home and they just said there is nothing they could do. We would have to wait another day. Would not recommend them. They can’t give someone the courtesy or respect to let them know the appointment had changed nor did they care

RLC dd great work at an affordable and fair price. Luis took the extra time checking everything out including my heater. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism.

Excellent service from start to finish with Luis and dispatch informing me thru text and phone calls on my mother in laws system. All was thru warranty with Discount Power. Listened to my issue and resolved t stat problem quickly and efficiently.

The customer service is very good. They sent out a technician the same day in a matter of a few hours. They installed an a/c unit I purchased from them. Their technicians are good at what they do. I would recommend this company to others.

Rudy was great! He explained everything to me in detail and showed me photos of what he saw in my attic since I'm unable to climb up there. Very helpful and professional and nice, too! I'm impressed.

RLC Service sent a technician by the name of Rubin to take care of my A/C Tune up, Rubin was professional and very knowledgeable, and knew his work, my unites are now working great, thanks to Rubin, and RLC service. I highly recommend them.

This is what an RLC install looks like. Absolutely worthless company. Prepare to be left without AC for over a week in the summer and ignored when you call. Then get ready to replace what they installed due to their lousy work. Don’t walk, run from Rodolfo and his lousy crew.
