Rudy came out to my house through my Home Warranty company. He arrived at 12:46 and he was out of my house by 12:55. He was outside at my unit for 3 minutes and then supposedly went up into the attic to check the upstairs unit. Which he did go into the attic, but he did not go to the upstairs unit in the attic to check it out. Came down and said everything is just fine.

He also talked to me like I didn’t know what he was talking about. Little does Rudy know I am in the HVAC field and I understand I know how to fix the unit, but if I can save money I’m gonna do my best to do so. I don't have control of who comes to my house through the home warranty company, but I will never use them through the home warranty company ever again if I have the ability too. My system is still not cooling properly so oh well.

I used RLC with my home warranty for my AC this week. They responded quickly and Chris did a an excellent job in diagnosing and fix icing the problem within 1/2 hour. He had the parts with him and did not have to wait another day w/o AC in Houston. I highly recommend RLC.

I used RLC with my home warranty last year but when it expired I still call them for my heater and AC. Both times Chris fix the issue right away, he is honest and communicates well. I like RLC because of the professionalism and honesty to make sure you have the best service. I highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience with this company. Ruben was very personable and professional. He continued to look until he found our issue instead of just suggesting a new unit. We appreciate this effort and the repair. The response time was excellent and timely. We will definitely use this company again.

Highly discouraged anyone from using this company. RLC does not care about nor back up their services. I had to rewrite my review as my 1st experience 1 month ago for maintenance was a good one and the subsequent 4 more vsists for repair have been a nightmare. Replaced fan motor on one unit and now air does not flos properly through my vents with force. Had a follow up visit was told its because the air is leaking into the attic. That all the entry point to the ac are coming unatuck/undone/untaped. Strange as the last guy to repair said all good. No issues.. very strange as the last te h Kelly explain my compressor outside working to hard for upstairs unit. I should replace it. And then proceeded to check 2nd unit upstairs . I coyld hear the drilling to remove screws and said all looked good. Yet after he left upstairs started leaking from my attic onto my 2nd story ceiling. Causing it to collapse and poured water on to furniture and as you can imagine what a horror. I called. The company and they said I was told not to turn it on that is was freezing over. I was never given a report as to what needed to be replced/serviced or any discussion about possible damages. What i was told I needed to seal up, at a my cost, for their sub par work of sealing off the ac unit properly after their repair job. Furthermore I was told I would get a quote for that in 24hrs. Its been a week. And then ceiling falls in. No sense of courtesy, professionalism . Said they would come out . Never showed up, never called me back. They know they are at fault. Please save your self from disaster. Do not use this company . They do not what they are doing.

RLC has done great work both maintaing and fixing my AC. They always explain what's going on and have offered fair pricing. Ruben is both professional and courteous. RLC is my go to company for AC issues!

I've been using RLC Services for years on several properties, they have always done an excellent job and provided great services, whether it be a repair or a new installation. Very reasonably priced. I will continue to use them as I already have additional installations coming up. Good doing business RLC.

RLC had been taking care of our Cooling and Heating needs for seceral years now and they never fail us. Chris has been our ongoing Technician and he’s a Very Professional person. He’s very courteous and knowledgeable of our systems. He shows up with a smile and has time for small conversations about our systems and answers all of our questions. He’s Awesome and we are Thankful for him and the RLC Company!!

Wonderful experience! We have a home warranty with Reliant, and they referred us to Allied Warranty, with RLC handling the service. From the initial trouble starting to the completion of the repair, it was just over 48 hours. Ruben was fantastic—he kept me updated and let me know when he was on his way. Scheduling was straightforward, and the office contacted me to collect payment, which went smoothly. Overall, I’m really pleased with the service!

Brought wife home from surgery to find AC not properly cooling, Filed emergency service request with Home Warranty company. Next morning, Juan from RLC Services diagnosed refrigerant leak in evaporator coil. RLC ordered new parts. Lupe and Romiro from RLC arrived early Sat, morning to replace coil, fabricate new sheet metal, etc. as well as clean the condenser unit. RLC did an impressive job. All RLC personnel were professional, knowledgeable and committed to serving the customer. I will request RLC the next time I have a HVAC problem,

Ruben came out today showed up on time and went straight to work upon arrival. Rubin provided professionalism throughout the entire visit. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He also took time to educate me on the different types of filters I needed for my home. Answered all my questions in detail. The service I received today from RLC was exceptional!! Highly recommend this company

I have fidelity insurance for home warranty, they sent a RLC services' technician to my home. . The issue was that my thermostat of the AC was not controlling the AC right, the technician came and change some part. He told me that it will take some time before the temperature is controlled as per the thermostat settings. In a week it started to have the same issue. I called the insurance company and they send the same company and the same technician. He changed the Thermostat second time and the issue was resolved.
But as they would not get paid to come out for the same issue , they reported that it was the heating issue as the reason for the second visit. ( if they report the same issue they insurance would not pay them), Because of the dishonest practice the Insurance billed me for the trade fee $ 110 for the same issue. I paid 110$ two times as trade fees due to the poor business practices.
People with no business ethics. Be aware of this everyone.
