Very poor customer service. You cannot get past the receptionist to speak to anyone regarding boiler rentals. She takes your information and no one replies. Called six times in a month period without a return call. I would not recommend South Texas Boiler Industries.

The experience was pleasant enough. The technician, Brandon arrived on time and did troubleshooting to resolve the immediate issue. He took the time to explain the issue, the new equipment, and assisted with installing the new app on my phone. Good job!

Our AC stopped working on a hot Sunday afternoon, and I called Spencer. In 40 minutes, Brandon showed up at our house to diagnose the problem. He had all the pieces needed to replace our fan and capacitor in his truck and had the AC fixed in less than an hour!

We recently purchased a house that we knew would need some AC work. We noticed the air in the house was so LOUD and we did not like where the system was located. Theyre usually located in the attic but in this house it was stacked in the garage taking up space (also not very attractive). We called SDW Services and had a great experience. Brandon was the hvac tech and he did an amazing job. Brandon and the installers were able to move to entire thing into the attic giving us way more garage space (looked a lot better too). Brandon also stopped the loud air sound by relocating the return air and putting in new ductwork. Now it’s very quiet and works great! We’re very pleased with the work! Some photos showing the system in the garage and its removal and now in the attic. Would definitely use them again!
