RLC was assigned to my home warranty claim. They called me within minutes of me filing the claim. I wasn’t expecting to see or hear from anyone for a while since it’s summer season; I assumed they would be backlogged but Juan arrived, he was thorough and helpful. He arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job. My primary condensate line was clogged, he cleared and told me what to expect in the future.

RLC Services checked our A/C unit and determined that the outside drain line was clogged. The technician was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was on-time, courteous, and explained everything in layman's terms.

They were very responsive, quick to get the problem identified, stood their ground on what needed to be done when our home warranty company tried to get them to low ball a repair instead replacing what they told them needed to be done. Office worker could not have been more helpful. Really appreciate all their work during a difficult situation.

Worst contractor i have ever delt with been waiting two weeks for them to install blower motor . They said the part would be 840 dollars when I called the same vender part was 349.00 so they have marked the part up double. Last time I use this company. No communication at all.

I called my warranty service (Fidelity) for my a/c was pouring water through my ceiling panel. RLC sent me Chris for the second time in a year for the same problem.

I got referred to this company by my insurance. They set up the time I believe between 8 AM and 12 PM and they did not show up. I explained on the first call what was happening to my air conditioner, and apparently they did not take notes.
The technician was texting me and the office was calling me, both with different information. They came and told me what was wrong and that they were going to send me a proposal And check with the insurance company. This was Friday last week and today is Tuesday. I called them yesterday and they Said that they would send me the Paperwork within 10 minutes. They did not send it, now I am calling them and they are not answering.
Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Chris was great! He came out and asked me what was wrong. Fixed the issues and was easy to talk to about maintenance. Would recommend to anyone!

I was assigned to RLC Services through my home warranty and honestly couldn't be happier! I have company coming for the holiday and they were able to get Chris out SAME DAY. He also did the repairs and was extremely quick, knowledgeable, and more then fair on charges/bill.
