P & M came by to do our yearly maintenance check. Ismael was very polite and did an excellent job checking out our cooling and heating system. Have been using P&M for several years. Always arrive on time and take care of all our needs.

They called me in advance to tell me their tech was on the way like they promised to do. The tech was here on time and very courteous. He completed his work very timely and professionally. I've had a maintenance contract with P&M for several years and they come out twice yearly to check out my HVAC system. They're also on time and efficient and effective.

I get their service maintenance every year now. It helps to make sure things are working. This time my tenants notified me the AC had stopped working. The next morning I called and they sent someone out that afternoon. Found the problem and was able to fix it in one trip. Very grateful I have these guys as my AC people. Every time I’ve need them they always can make it that day. I appreciate that and plan to continue using them.

They sold me three carriers and stopped selling them a week later. Have not work properly in three years. All 3 keep shutting down. Dozens of maintenance calls. No results, just excuses.

There’s more but it’s just a repeat of more disappointing service.

Another company fixed problem on first call. Found P&M used wrong wire when they installed units.

P&M used to be a good company but I cannot recommend them.

After calling small companies to fix my AC, they just kept running in the problems couldn’t figure it out and overcharge me for a lot of things that I should’ve paid for.
Then I called P&M air-conditioning and it took their technician an hour and a half to see all the mess up. They’ve been doing to my unit wired it up wrong and everything and he fixed it really quick I highly recommend them for anybody that needs work done to the unit I will always use them for now on

I have used this company twice and had very different experiences on both occasions. The outcome seems to be dependent on the service technician who is sent out. The front desk staff have been nothing but helpful, accommodating around my busy schedule and getting a service member out to see me in a timely manner. I believe I spoke to Cindy and I appreciate all the work she has done to help me get my AC working again.

First problem: August 2022 - Water leak from the indoor component to a heat/AC unit in the upstairs of my townhouse. Robert, the technician, was fantastic. He immediately diagnosed the problem (clogged drainage due to algae build up), drained the clog with a wet vac, placed several algae tabs to prevent the problem from happening again and left the work area neat and tidy. 10/10 would definitely work with Robert again for any AC/Heating needs. If you end up going with P&M, ask for Robert!

Second problem: May 2023 - Broken thermostat
I had a general idea that my problem concerned the thermostat because the temperature would never set below 85 degrees after working perfectly for months. I replaced the thermostat but thought there could be a compatibility issue or a misplaced wire so I wanted a technician to take a look. I told all of this to my second technician, Asaad, who ignored me completely and immediately went up to the roof to look at the outdoor component of the unit. He came down a few moments later and told me that there was a Freon leak and I had 3 options. 1) find the leak but it would be approximately $500-600 and even when they did find the leak, there would be additional charges to replace the broken/leaky parts. If the outdoor unit was running without Freon he said that I would probably need to replace that as well since it was working too hard trying to compensate 2) I could recharge the Freon for approximately $875 but that was probably only temporary as there was likely a leak. 3) replace the entire unit both indoor and outdoor but did not specify a price, likely because it was going to be extremely expensive. I told him I needed to think about it and he went about tinkering with the indoor unit for a while. Moments later he came to me and stated that he messed up and that he did not realize that the unit was a combined heat pump and AC unit and there was actually no leak at all. Without asking my permission, he proceeded to install a new thermostat in 5 minutes to test the unit and it worked fine. He then told me it would be $450 for the replacement of the thermostat that was already on my wall. I asked him to remove the thermostat because I was asking for a diagnosis of the problem and did not want him to charge me for work I did not ask him to complete. Disgruntled, he removed the thermostat and made several comments about how I shouldn't buy thermostats online or from other companies because they wont be connected correctly or they wont come with a warranty like he could provide. When I tried to pay for the service call, he stated that he was charging me an extra $50 on top of the $95 because he had been at my apartment for a long time even though the reason he was there longer than necessary was because of his own misdiagnosing/ignorance of the problem. I refused and told him that the front desk can call me if they have any questions about why a higher fee was not assessed. He left the work area a complete mess, with smudges all over the walls and left electrical breakers in the off position which made my life difficult when trying to figure out what he had done to make sure nothing else was wrong. Overall 1/10 since I got my answer about the thermostat being broken but very poor professionalism and attempt to up charge me on problems that did not exist.

I would like to be clear, I do not think this is a bad company, but be wary of individuals who may be trying to take advantage of customers who might not appear to know what the problem is and what the general costs to fix these problems might be.

P & M Air are our saviors! After dealing with our home warranty and a company of their choosing for 19 days without a/c we called P & M at 8am and by 3pm it was up and running!! Robert was our technician and he was a pleasure to work with and was very personable. He explained everything with knowledge and sympathized with what we had been dealing with. I sure wish we had given up sooner dealing with the others and called P&M sooner. Thank you so much!!! You are officially in my phone contacts for any of our a/c or heating needs from now on!

I always use P & M for my maintenance work. They are always timely, friendly (especially to my dog), efficient, and clean. This year they installed an air scrubber, which I am looking forward to less dust, less allergies, and less puppy smell. So far, the last 2 nights, I have slept better. I would recommend P & M to anyone who wants excellent service at reasonable prices.

I have used P&M Air Conditioning and Heating for years and have consistently received wonderful service and great results! Most recently, P&M quickly and carefully replaced one of my two AC compressors and furnaces during the COVID pandemic (having replaced my other compressor several years ago). I felt very comfortable with all of their technicians who wore masks and shoe covers and all were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend P&M to anyone needing high quality AC/Heat assistance!!! They also offer a range of prices on their products, allowing the customer to choose more expensive higher efficiency equipment if that is in your budget .

If I could give negative stars, I would. They have serviced my HVAC for a little over a year and I have hand nonstop problems, all caused by their professional negligence and misconduct. My HVAC has frozen every time (pictures as proof have been taken) and yet, the employees sent to service my HVAC never take note of it so it is never in their system. Moreover, I had to call a different company for restoration of my vents inside the house due to mold and it was a direct result of negligent maintenance of my HVAC. When I called to try to rectify the issue, the manager or owner disrespected me and lied the entire time. P&M has cost me thousands of dollars due to their blatant disregard for professional conduct and poor workmanship. Save yourself the trouble and find another company to use.

I’m a long term P & M Air Conditioning customer. I’ve used their a/c and heat maintenance program for 10 plus years. It keeps my three units running without problems all year long.
Just last month P & M installed a new variable speed a/c unit at my home. Cliff, of P & M, made several trips to our house to understand our needs and to make sure they were met. I couldn’t be happier with our new unit. P & M is always professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly on time.

P&M is a great company to usevif you need any ac repairs, replacement, or new installation. We have been using there services for 22 years. We have our yearly maintenance done by them. They have never failed to take care fbour ac needs. P&M are family to us. I highly recommend their services.

Marshall & P&M Air saved me from having to buy a new furnace!! Marshall troubleshot an extra level that previous companies did not. Was able to fix the issue with a simple service call fee. He has done the same for my mother-in-law and one of her friends. P&M is saving people the big bucks!!

Robert was excellent! On time, courteous, and professional, explaining what he did in a very clear manner. He went out of his way to
Help me with an issue in my attic. So good that I hope to have him every time I need maintenance.. I’ve super happy with my system and the service provided by P&M.

P&M was recommended by a separate, trustworthy vendor who was not able to assist due to coverage area. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He laid out the repair options, costs and possible concerns with the options in an easy to understand manner. I was informed on what was fixed and possible next steps if needed. It was AC work so money was spent but I was very happy with the level and quality of service.

We have used P and M for years to service our AC’s. They have always been responsive and professional. They just installed a new unit in our Houston home which took 2 1/2 days in 100’ heat. They never complained. They were neat, on time, worked hard, and were very knowledgeable. It’s great doing business with a family owned business that provides excellent service.

My first time using P&M. Had previously used a different company for 15 years at my old neighborhood. After a service call by the other company it didn't appear that my AC had truly been correctly repaired.
Googled P&M and called for service visit. Came same day. Technician Robert came to my home and was very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my many questions with comprehensive answers. A very thorough and detailed assessment of the system and the problem. I am happy with Robert's performance and would recommend giving P&M a try.

I am very happy with P & M. They have been performing our A/C and Heating checks biannually for 5 years or more! They are responsive and always on-time. They are priced fair and honest, no up-selling if you don't need something. They are also a pleasure to work with, do a thorough job and are easy to communicate with - they are professional. A few times when our system broke late in the evening or middle of the night, they came out to our home quickly to fix it. I highly recommend them for your A/C and heating needs.

I cannot say how secure I am with this company. Over the last 5 or more years they continue to shock me as to their thoroughness, their transparency, and their professionalism. When anyone (in this case Robert the technician) has left my house from P&M I've never felt more secure that my system is in exactly the shape they've discussed with me. In this case, very good shape, cleaned and maintained extremely well. I would do a commercial for this group and I don't feel that way about many, if any services that I get in my home.

We have used P & M several times for our business. Not only for service issues but cosmetic updates as well. Armando and Sergio have both came out at different times with each of their crews and didn't disappoint. They are friendly, reliable, punctual and honest.
