This contractor was recommended and assigned through my home warranty service. In speaking with the gentleman, he was immediately dismissive, as though I was inconveniencing him by needing HVAC repair. After a short back-and-forth where he informs me that, essentially, if he were to show up and assess the job being beyond his purview where he doesn't do the work, the paid service fee would not be enough to justify his time. It was as though he didn't want the job JUST BECAUSE it came through a home warranty service. If those are jobs not worthy of your service, don't be part of a home warranty network!

Very disappointed and disappointing...

P&M was superb. We needed to replace our primary unit (both condenser and cooling coil) and service our secondary unit. We got the 15% member discount (costs an extra $100 up front on the inspection but saved us almost $2,000 in costs). The installing technician flagged our PVC pipe that was not up to code, and they ran all new lines with correct primer and insulation. The crew was timely, communicative, polite and did a great job. They installed a new smart thermostat which is awesome, and they patched the wall conscientiously when they had to cut through a horizontal stud to drop the wire. This is a great company doing things the right way.

One of their techs blows through the stop sign at the front of our neighborhood almost daily (lives in my neighborhood). Doesn't even tap the breaks usually. At some point this guy is going to hit or kill someone with his reckless driving. People often walk their dogs and my kids often ride their bikes near the intersection where he has no interest in following the law.

If this company cant be trusted to hire people who drive safely and follow laws when they think no one is watching I would NEVER let them near my house or HVAC.

If anyone is unfortunate enough to be impacted by their reckless driving please feel free to reach out to me as a witness in your lawsuit. Unbelievable!

UPDATE - Hickory Bend Lane in Pearland is the street where the truck is usually parked as well as the location of the stop sign that is consistently ignored. I will be more than happy to remove my post with an assurance that this is being addressed internally. Thank you for taking notice and replying so quickly.

Exceptional!!!! found Royal (Jaydrick) looking for help with my heater so I went roaming through HDP and saw his truck.... when I first spoke with Jay although it's business he made me feel a sense of family with special care! Not only did he get me a GREAT PRICE!!!!!! He made sure we got the complete package new furnace ac unit all new everything that goes along with it....his guys were so professional I wasn't even too uncomfortable with them in my home for 7 hours!!! I am so grateful pleased and appreciative!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Royal HVAC Services provided exactly the type of service i was looking for. Hands down an exceptional install. This being my first go at replacing my system, i had a lot of questions and hesitant to move quickly. I never felt like any question was too much to ask and they were very patient, even when asking the same question over again.
