We hired Airtech for a whole house generator installation and were initially excited about it. We planned for the unit to be placed on the side of the house, out of the way, but things didn't go as smoothly as we hoped.

After the generator was delivered, Matthew came by to discuss the details with us. However, months went by without any updates from Airtech until August 8th, when we finally got a response from them. The electrician and gas technician were scheduled to come in and complete the job, but they cut our fiber line without warning.

We had to contact AT&T immediately because I work from home, as our internet was disrupted by the installation. However, it turned out that the generator couldn't be installed where we had planned - instead, it had to be placed across the entire yard near the back of the garage on a 6ft stand.

The electric and gas lines were removed, and the generator was put in place, but the concrete pad for the unit took longer than expected. Sometime between August 13th and 22nd, a random person showed up at our house claiming they were fixing something that Airtech had hired them to do. This individual had no idea what was going on and only lasted two minutes before leaving.

We followed up with the company on August 27th, but there has been no response from the manager who we've been dealing with. Despite their claim of getting fired, they still haven't reached out to us. We're still waiting for an update.

Given our experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing a generator from Airtech. They may be capable with other services, but this particular installation was a disaster. The photos attached show the current state of our yard, including the rocks and concrete pad that were left in place after the job.

It's worth noting that Keith and Matthew seem to be the only employees who are doing an acceptable job at Airtech.
