I'd give this place zero stars. They quoted me an exorbitant $24k for a new HVAC system with a Trane, which was supposed to be installed on a next-day basis in August - already a gamble given the heat.

The plumbing work for the drip tray and condensate line was never finished. And don't even get me started on the air return installation - it was a complete non-starter.
