I thought they did a great job helping to turn my disaster of a back yard into a yard fully covered with St. Augustine grass.

I think everyone needs to do their deep research and find out really what's going on behind this company. I only put one star here because that's the only way I know to let Channel 2 the news and the consumer know what's really going on.

My yard us yellow now but when it comes in feel free to put signs in my yard. Your service is working so far.

I have used them for a year…my yard is the only ugly yard on the block…the excuse I got was the freeze…well everyone on my block had the same issue. Most of them don’t pay for a service..they do it themselves…however…I trusted a service.

After telling the guy on the phone I would like to sign up for the $29 promotional treatment I received in the mail he said I need to sign up for 6 services and prepay all at once. When I stated I would like to do the first service and go on a month by month basis the gentleman started to argue and talk down to me. He then hung up on me. When I called back he was very rude to me. I am a teacher in the this community and am very offended. I will tell my whole school of over 300 teachers and staff never to use this company.

They don't seem competent in lawn care evaluations. The evaluation of my property by them said I have St. Augustine (I have Bermuda), said I have Crabgrass (not in front and the back is locked) and then left off 3 others that I do have (nutsedge is everywhere). They also said I have thin spots which I cannot seem to find at all. How can they be number 1 and not even capable of determining what type of grass I have.

Dylan arrived on time and we explained
4-5 problem areas that we have noticed Front and backyard…and the damages after the Texas freeze. He went to treat them and came back to explain what each problem was and what he did. This was a very good service and Dylan is a gentleman

I’ve had green bee lawn care since March of 2021, I’ve made several service calls but my grass is still full of weed and looks even worse than it was before I started using their services. I called to complain and the manager was very arrogant and unconcerned. I’ve canceled the remaining services for the rest of the year and asked for a refund! Their products do not work, do not even bother using them.

The applicator, Dylan, got his tractor stuck in our drainage ditch. This left some deep tire ruts that he felt badly about, and he wouldn't leave until it was totally restored. I appreciate his effort and attitude. He said, "at Green Bee, your lawn is our lawn".
