This was my first time using their service and I can say first hand that the tech Christon was very great to work with. We got straight to the point with what was wrong with the lawn and he explained to me how the process works and even gave me the names of what the weeds were. He advised on what to do after the treatment as well and answered all the questions or concerns I had. I have a dog and wanted to make sure it was safe for him and he said it was but to wait at least 20 minutes. I can’t wait to have my lawn looking beautiful and the best on our street! I am hoping to see results of a better lawn and giving the company a benefit of the doubt despite all the bad reviews on here, I am hopeful.

Yard has not gotten any better. Techs Will not Come to the door and let you know that they’re there. Even when you leave your gate open. They will also Simply not perform the service at all. Even when you’re home, waiting on them After you asked them to come back out again

This is what you get when you use Truegreen. This started as a small patch; 6 calls later, over 3.5 weeks timeframe, I finally got Tom to come out to address this; as one can see my former beautiful lawn is no more!! I get to look at this throughout the entire Fall. You should see my mealy looking front yard after they applied Iron. Simply awful. The chain of command, from my first call, to the sixth call, what a joke!! Do not use them; I tried for one year and what they did in this timeframe just decimated my once lush and green lawn

TruGreen killed my trees and some shrubs and refuses to take responsibility for their negligence.

Ethan examined the grass for weeds and other undesired growths. He had returned treat the grass for weeds, and he also treated an area with fungus that developed under a bag of mulch. In addition, he treated it with insecticide to kill bugs and oxide to make it green. Courteous and knowledgeable, he provides excellent customer service.

Ladarrious (with the two nose piercings) came out to my home in Cypress a few days ago. Rang the bell and once I noticed it was Tru green, I jumped up to inform him that we had stopped services indefinitely MONTHS AGO. He did not do ONE GADDAMN THING. Again, we cancelled services with Tru green MONTHS AGO. He said okay thats fine. Here we are on Saturday July 12th and I’m being charged by Tru green for the “service” that Ladarrious didn’t do the other day. He literally wrote up the work form about how he put stuff down in the grass and was monitoring the flowerbed. Complete b.s.

This was my first time using True Green. Daryl explained all services and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Jeffrey arrived shortly after notification. After making his assessment of my lawn, he asked what were my concerns. He made suggestions about watering then proceeded telling me what services he would be performing. He was thorough and quick performing the services. I was very impressed with everything.

Our lawn looks very healthy and green this year because of the service. Thank you all very much!!

If you want to brag that you have the greenest yard, go with tru green. My yard stayed green all winter long! its only gonna get better!trust me,I know I've been a landscaper for over 30 years.

Bruce Atlee from TruGreen provided excellent service for my lawn. He did a thorough and effective job with both pest control and fertilizing, leaving my greens looking healthy and vibrant. I'm very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him.

True green is absolutely terrible. My grass looks worse than it did before I called them out.
The sales or customer service don’t communicate with the techs at all.
Be carful, the sales team is very good but they don’t care once you actually sign up.

Tech shows up for 5 minutes and leaves the same notes for recommended actions to take on my yard, like is a copy and pasted sentence.

The lawn care professional who came to my home, Richard, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained how the product is used, how I should mow my lawn to best promote new grass growth, and what to expect down the road. I really appreciate the time and personal attention he gave us.

TruGreen has taken exceptional care of my lawn! Crabgrass sneaked into the St. Augustine grass even after the application of pre emergent weed control. They responded so fast! Collin was here spraying the weeds within three business days of my request for reapplication of weed control! I remain with TruGreen for their excellent care of my lawn and exceptional service!

TruGreen makes lawn care a breeze! I’ve used them for years, and their timely visits keep my lawn looking great without any extra effort. They even handle mosquito pest control, and the staff is always friendly and ready with helpful tips. Highly recommended!

Wouldn’t hire them if I knew then what I know now. This is after 6 months of service. Customer service has no contact with the local. They'll say someone will call and nothing happens. I'm done with them. Services will be cancelled in the next 24 hours.

Service is good and always as notifications say. But, Bermuda grass weed control and green grass is average after applications.

Finally was able to talk to a technician. Lane was very helpful. I’m still having many issues with my weeds after several services. Lane talked me through what can be done. Perhaps additional returns to try to get the problem settled. This made me feel better because I was getting a little frustrated. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Thank you Lane.

have been using your service for many years, but the last application that was applied was not good, and I'm using the term lightly. On 5/30/2024 a application was put on my front lawn and the next day it look horrible. 3/4 of my lawn was brown or died. What was put on my lawn a grass killer!!!. I'm very upset about this and want this issue rectified ASAP!!!! I can't believe this !!!

This company tried to say that my yard was treated. I was home all day and have cameras all around my property. Not a single person showed up to my house. So why am I being charged for services that are not rendered? Not only is this a Breach of contract, but it’s intentional fraud. Terrible business practices.
