I have been a customer for 4 years and have been very pleased with Green Bee Lawn Care in their efficiency in tending to the lawn to make it look green and thick. All staff from office to techs are courteous, friendly, and helpful in every way. Thanks Green Bee!

We have been using Green Bee for almost a year now. They're great! The past couple of weeks we've been dealing with sod web worms and they have been very accommodating and willing to work with our schedule.

Pre-paid for a full year of service in 2018 and service was fine. Didn’t notice a marked difference in my lawn, and didn’t intend to continue services in 2019.

Never signed a contract, received a call, request, or notification that they’d be coming to treat my lawn in 2019, but out of the blue, received an invoice for services rendered. I called to investigate and stated that I wasn’t notified that they’d be coming out, nor ask them to perform work, and that I wouldn’t be paying the bill.

Received a call from them yesterday in an effort to collect the balance and explained the situation again and stated my case. They offered to split the bill, which I refused, and they’re now sending me to collections.

We’re talking an $82 bill, so It’s not breaking either of us, but there’s a principle at stake. A company can’t simply perform services on your property without authorization, charge you, and then strong-arm you into paying by sending you to collections. What a joke!

Green Bee Lawn Care is awesome! I have been a customer for many years, and am completely happy with their expertise, knowledge, professionalism, care, and friendliness. Their prices are reasonable, their employees are responsive, caring, and dependable. I highly recommend Green Bee Lawn Care!!

Green Bee managed to bring my lawn back from the dead after our Lawn Mower guys introduced a fungus to it. We lived in Tomball at the time and have since moved closer to Our Business office in Greenspoint. I wasn't sure if they serviced our area, so we went with another company. I was disappointed in them and did not have the same caliber of service that we had with Green Bee. So, I called Green Bee to see if they service my area and WOOHOO ! ! they do. Edward G. came out and I was so pleased with him and his service. I would recommend Green Bee Lawn Care & Tree Care whole heartedly.....Several Thumbs Up ! ! ! !

I have had this service for more than seven years, with annual contracts for the last four years. When I first called them, my lawn was in pretty bad condition and it got much better when they started treating the lawn. Thereafter it has kept beautiful and rich. They have been fully responsive to any need that has arised between the contracted "care rounds". The specialists that come do a good job, including Christian who came last time (feb 2022). People at their office have given me an excellent attention. I highly recomend them.

HORRIBLE COMPANY and customer service. The service wasn’t even to be performed on my property (their technician was at the wrong house). The pest control company welcomed themselves to my personal property, without notification, my mom let my dogs out in the backyard not knowing that there was anyone in our yard and their technician ended up spraying chemicals into my dogs mouth. As a result, her neurological system started shutting down (seizures, couldn’t walk, couldn’t eat, etc.). In order to keep my dog alive, I had to pay out of pocket for all of her vet bills and medications. Green Bee has only responded to me once and has avoided me since then. When my mother initially spoke with Green Bee regarding this incident, the gentleman (Dean) advised my mom to just “throw away” the invoice. - Their lack action to resolve this issue has been ridiculous.

And, on another note, this is company is not in good standings with the Secretary of State. Therefore, they are still conducting business, BUT as a inactive entity, meaning that they are illegally operating.

Beware! I would not recommend this company. They said they would get rid of my weeds and help me grow more grass in my back yard which is shaded by trees. What they did was kill my lawn. After complaining and having someone come to my house to examine the lawn, they tried to tell me that it was not dead. Well I know what dead is, and pictures don’t tell lies. Yet they continued to tell me the grass was not dead, and they could fix it? I saw no improvement and asked for a refund or that they re-sod my lawn. They opted for the refund but shorted me $75. Not sure why you would kill someone’s lawn then not refund all their money? The pictures are one year apart. They began service in February, and I fired them in May.

While I am a new customer to Green Bee, have been most pleased with their service thus far. I left a similar company I had been with for about 10 years over customer service issues, so I am anxious going forward to see if this move was the right one; sure looks like it. My yard looks great!

Had a wonderful experience working with Green Bee very professional and friendly. I can tell the difference in my grass after the first service in just two weeks. My weeds are gone and my grass is thicker and looks healthy. Prices are reasonable and paying is convenient.

Writing this review for my mom,. She loves your company! The staff is friendly and someone always answers the phone. They do excellent work, her lawn is beautiful. My parents have used Green Bee for many year's and never have any complaints.

Our lawn has never looked as good as it does now! We've used Green Bee for 3 years and couldn't be happier. The office staff calls us the day before service takes place so that we're expecting them. The technicians are professional and thorough. Robert L. was the most recent technician and he was excellent. I highly recommend Green Bee for a healthy, weed-free lawn!

We have used Green Bee for 5-6 years now. We use them on regular schedule for lawn,, tree and shrub fertilization, and weed/pest control. They got our lawn back in shape after we over sprayed for weeds. The staff are very polite and responsive to issues requiring return visits. Nice to have someone trustworthy and knowledgeable take over this frustrating job!

If they had a zero star rating that’s what I would give this company. I would never recommend it to anyone unless you want bad service and unprofessional so called turf experts.

They sent a technician to spray my lawn without even looking at it. And after their first application my entire lawn turned yellow, they claim it’s because we had too much rain but so did the other lawn in my neighborhood and they all look great compared to mine. They keep telling me that it was going to look better in 3 weeks, well two months later the lawn still looked terrible.
The managers are horrible with costumer service and blame everything on the rain. Save your money and go with a better company.

We have used Green Bee for several years but over the past year or more our yard has not improved with their care. We complained and they promised improvement. But things haven’t changed so we have cancelled our service with them and will seek another company.

I have been using green bee since 2017 and I haven’t seen any improvement I was better off not using them the technicians come when they want, lie and say they treated your yard, or say you were cutting your grass when you weren’t not to mention I have cameras and I can see everything. This company is a rip off. I’m done

We never heard of or hired this company. Today I got a doorbell notification and when I checked there was a Greenbee door hanger saying that our lawn had been treated???. When I looked around outside I found a strange woman wandering around my yard with a sprayer spreading God know what all over our lawn. I immediately asked who she was and what she was doing at our home. At that point it seemed to dawn her that she was at the WRONG HOUSE. She said oh I got the wrong address (who hires people that can't read a simple street sign and address number plate!). Then had the audacity to say oh it's just weed killer. Well we already treat our lawn so now we'll have to see if this woman killed our lawn from extra chemicals. Called and spoke to Dean and asked what was now on our lawn and he said "three way". Ridiculous! We never hired them and I strongly caution anyone considering them that if this company can't even find their actual clients' homes I question whether they know what they are doing.

If there was a zero star rating this would be my rating… as minus as could get. 2 year service has resulted in every blade of grass dead in my backyard. Only green are the many varieties of weeds their supervisor would come out each time and take a photo to identify … every single time.… because he didn’t know what they were. I would call Dean he would send someone out, and each time my grass has gotten weaker and weaker and now dead in back and filled with more weeds than ever in the front yard. Whatever you do, I recommend not using this company and definitely do not throw your money away!! It was 1000x better when I did it myself!!

Terrible!! Awful!! Do NOT use!!! My lawn looks so much worse than when we started paying for their service. I have more weeds and a larger variety of weeds than before. Each technician; including the manager and owner tells me a different story; which in my book is lying. Do NOT trust them. Their service does NOT provide weed control.

I hired Green Bee to care for my yard while I was traveling for the summer. I returned home to a dead yard. I suspected that I hired the wrong company when I came home in June for several days and saw the first signs of stress. I sent photos of the problem and asked for a manager to call me so we could discuss the problem. They did not call then and never contacted me to discuss whatever problem was occurring with the lawn.

Green Bee had been treating my lawn every 5 weeks for over 2 years. I never saw great improvement in lawn. I kept them as their customer service had been really good and they would send someone out at the drop of a hat if i had any issues with weeds. Last Sept i called them to tell them i think I have Cinch bugs. I had an 8x8 size of brown grass. They sent a manager out. He told me he ran the test and I did not have Cinch bugs. The brown grass continued to take over the yard. I called again. They sent a different manager out Dylan. He said he could tell I had Cinch bugs before running the test. He ran the test and confirmed I had bugs. 60 percent of my front yard was dead. He reported back to office manager Dean. They advised us to wait until the spring to see if the grass grows back as they felt it would. I called the first of March as my lawn looked terrible to let them know it wasnt growing back. They sent a manager out to confirm. The office manager Dean said he needed to call his GM to see how to handle. I called literally once a week for 5 weeks getting the run around.. After 5 weeks the GM said they needed to replace my sod.. They got estimates and so did I. The cost was more than they expected. The GM called me at the end of April and apologized and told me that the new owners up in Chicago would not replace my grass. He said the former owner an older gentlemen had become ill and sold the company to some company up in Chicago.. He was extremely apologetic. It it cost me thousands to replace my sod. I could not believe this happened after they serviced my yard on a regular basis. It really mkaes me question the quality of the products that they use.
I beg you not to use these guys.. you will waste you money. I was lazy and kept them around too long..I should have known if I paid attention to some of the other reviews....
