Awesome Experience! After aquiring several quotes with other local french drain companies, I contacted Houston Heights Irrigation and Drainage and was extremely impressed with their service, quality of workmanship and price. They were happy to work with my difficult demands as I'm very picky with how things are done. For reference, I live near Rice Military and The Heights and they installed one central pipe with two drains and a downspout from my roof. I would highly recommend contacting them for your drain and irrigation needs.

If you're having issues with your sprinkler system, i highly recommend Juan and his team. They were able to come out to my house quickly, diagnose the problem areas, and have it all fixed by the next day. I'm no expert on irrigation pricing but the price definitely seemed reasonable for the amount of work they did. I'll definitely be calling again if any issues arise in the future!

These guys were very professional and know what they are doing. My backyard in the Heights was at a low spot and previous owners just let the back flood and have stagnant water. With all the rain in Houston in May/June 2015 I needed a solution. Juan was great to work with and he and his men did an excellent job and even put the yard back together very well after digging it up. They had to go across and under a common right of way alley to get the outlet to the main drain that was used by the neighbors as a driveway and managed that situation really well.

We had Juan come out to provide a quote to install a drip irrigation system in flower beds around our back patio, as well as for some flower pots that we intended to purchase. His price was fair and he could have the work completed about a week later based on his schedule. The installation went well and he had his crew make a second trip to our home to finish installing the irrigation to the potted plants once we bought the pots and added flowers to them. He also made sure that I knew how to operate the system and made sure that it was set properly for our needs based on the summer heat. There was one problem during the install, but Juan promptly took care of it, which I appreciated. I would recommend Heights Irrigation and Drainage to others. As a Heights resident, it’s always nice to give my business to local Heights companies.

Juan was extremely responsive and thorough when we worked with him to replace the drainage system at our home. He responded to my initial inquiry immediately, and was flexible with mine and my husband’s work schedules to get everything done. He even checked in after the first heavy rain after project completion to make sure it performed as intended. I would recommend him to anyone looking for drainage work to be done.

I contacted Heights Irrigation & Drainage on a friends recommendation. I was having some drainage issues under a pier-and-beam foundation. When Juan came to see me, he was the first contractor I felt was honest about what was happening and what was needed, rather than selling me a lot of stuff I didnt need. His direct approach convinced me to use them.
They showed up on time, did great work, and were patient in answering a whole lot of questions from me. I'd definitely recommend them. Top-notch business.

Amazing work!

We live in Oak Forest and had some major drainage issues in our carport. Anytime it would rain, even a small amount, our carport would flood and retain water (that would cover our ankles) for days. We lived with the issue for about 2 years until we couldn't take it any longer. I got many quotes, and Heights Irrigation was reasonable and very responsive. Juan and his team were great! They came out and in less than two days were able to install a drainage system and we couldn't be happier. This was in January 2017 and even today the area looks amazing and still drains without any issue. Even with Hurricane Harvey our carport was completely dry. So happy with the company and the price. Highly highly recommend these guys.

I had a pressure vacuum breaker pipe that snapped during a hurricane and Juan showed up the same day to look at it. Not only that he showed up without charging me any fees, but he also let me know ahead of time that this might be a job for a plumber. Despite that, he still checked on everything and even game me advice on the best way to fix my problem. Thank you for your honesty and lending me a helping hand, Juan!

I am so thankful to Juan and his team. He did some landscaping work for the front of my house, and when my grass did not initially take, he assured me that he would replace the dead grass and repair my sprinkler system. He gave clear instructions on how to maintain the new landscaping and was extremely helpful and patient. When I reach out to ask questions, his response is always so quick. My front yard is looking beautiful now! Highly recommend.

I was extremely disappointed with this company. I initially requested a visit to inspect my 3-zone irrigation system, with the understanding that the service would cost $75. After the inspection, they provided a quote for $450 to make several necessary repairs. The repairs they listed were as follows:

Zone 1: Cap a spray head, replace 2 spray heads, and replace 2 nozzles.
Zone 2: Replace the riser for a 6-inch spray head, cap a spray head, and replace 1 nozzle.
Zone 3: Cap a spray head.

Additionally, they gave me a separate quote of $550 to fix a small broken gutter pipe. While I went ahead with the irrigation system repairs, I couldn't help but feel taken advantage of. I later found another contractor who fixed the gutter pipe for just $100.

While the technicians were polite and professional, I feel the prices were excessively high, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to friends or family based on my experience.

This is by far the easiest Highly Recommend in my lifetime. Juan and team came out same day I called, fixed various sprinkler issues. A broken pipe was discovered in an area that's been a constant problem and hard to access. Numerous repairs have been done over the years. Juan came up with the genius idea of rerouting pipe. This was both the most economical answer And permanently solved the problem. All these years, all the companies, no one came up with that idea.
Juan is very nice, easy to talk to and takes great pride in his work. You will not be disappointed calling this company.

Enner come to our house to give us a quote. The quote was good but the customers service was amazing. They fixed some damaged irrigation pipes, installed a new control and had the patience to show me how to work the control. Honestly top notch service. I would highly recommend them.
