Moved into a new build. I hired Mashues to landscape, paver, light and irrigate. A stunning transformation! They also put in statues and a fountain that I love. Simply gorgeous and I enjoy my window views every day and every evening.

Called to make an appointment. Friendly lady who answered the phone said she would check the calendar and get back to me. 2 days later I did get a call asking if there was access to my backyard so the guy could come over and look and take pictures. Yes, I said. We also went over my plan for the backyard. Have not heard a thing in almost 3 weeks. Can NOT recommend this company. Very unprofessional.

Have used this company for 15 years and found them very reliable for lawn mowing. They have also performed tree trimming, bed maintenance and gutter cleaning. All done satisfactory.
Unfortunately, I am moving out of their area of operation; otherwise, I would be bringing them to my new address.
This company has been in operation for a very long time and their longevity should be some indication of their track record for satisfied customers.

We recently signed on with Mashue's and we couldn't be happier. We moved into a new home and had an issue with snakes due to the high grass and Lulu made sure we got put on the schedule for at least one service. She even called on the day of service to check on us and make sure we were pleased. We were so grateful and happy that we signed on immediately for regular service. Mashue's can also offer more than just lawn service; options we may add on if the landscaping becomes too much for us on our own. Call and talk to Lulu, you won't be disappointed! We highly recommend Mashue's 👍

When you call for a quote, there is no follow-up. I called for my Mother-In-Law. She called 8/14/23. Every week I called to follow-up and got a different excuse. They obviously don’t want new business. I was practically begging them to respond to her. Very sad to see a company push away business in this time in our economy. I made 4-5 attempts and now I am done. Please don’t waste your time. No one should beg to have a follow-up. Office personnel don’t follow-up as well!!!!

I called as a new customer to see if someone can come out and give an estimate on how much it would cost to cut my mom's yard. When I was asked where my mom lives, the woman on the phone said they don't service that far in the area. When I googled their distance between their location and my mom's house, it's only 12 minutes. I guess they're particular what type of people they service. So be it! I'll search for someone better. 😑
