If you're not a contractor, the staff inside the office area is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. (outside in the yard, people are helpful)

Making changes to one's home with the products at Jewell is a major investment. Somewhat in cost, but more so in appearance; it's not like slapping a new color of paint on a wall. The non-professional is likely going to have questions that would seem obvious to a professional. This happens in every line of work on the planet. However, the so-called office professionals at Jewell don't seem to have any concept, understanding and certainly consideration. End of the day, if you don't mind dealing with a few office jerks, great place for pavestone, flagstone and rock.

Christen Thomas was such a delight and so helpful and assisting me with brick selection. I'm telling y'all the sun shown just a little bit brighter after being so expertly assisted by Ms. Thomas.

I'm a small business owner and have purchased from this place for years. It used to be great service, but the past couple of years the company must have changed ownership. The people working in the office have no knowledge of the products they sell.

This place is top notch with quality and customer service like no other. We work often with Kim she has been excellent in providing the level of support to get our projects completed.

I have used Daniel for two projects. The first was to install drainage pipes with catch basins along the side of the house to capture rainwater and transport it to the street via PVC pipes. Recently he has installed grass sod along the side of the house. The outcome for both projects was excellent in workmanship relating to quality materials and timeliness for the projects. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to other bidders. Highly recorecommend.

Reached out for a quote for landscaping services near me in Humble, TX. I spoke to Daniel Crespo, owner of Daniel’s Lawn landscaping. I had to follow up several times to get him to reply to confirm a time to take a look at my lawn.

Then I had to follow up again to confirm whether they ever actually did it.

Then I sent three messages in a row trying to hire them, but all the messages went unanswered so I chose another landscaper.

Terrible customer service and response time, quite frankly I don’t see how they’re in business.

Wonderful company very reliable and thorough with everything they do and look forward to future projects with this company. Don the owner is fantastic!

I have been trying to get a bag & mulch plug since November 2022. All they ever say is we will let you know when we get them. Never an update or apology and yet I get adds everyday wanting to sell me equipment. If they can continue making lawnmowers, why can’t they send parts? ☹️ I recommend Walmart quit selling their products!
