Josh was the fourth plumber I called when condensate from my AC was not draining properly. The water was dripping from the ceiling and I was panicking. Josh came that evening and knew exactly what the problem was. He did a temporary emergency repair that evening, and rerouted the pipes in the ceiling to complete the repair. Two of the three previous plumbers just wanted to start drilling in the walls, and one was honest enough to tell me that he did feel he could do the job. As a single woman, it is very important to have people to count on for home repair.

I called them on the spur of the moment, Joshua answers the phone and you immediately know you’re speaking to a really nice person. He sent a nice truck out with two men who installed the new disposal immediately. Perfect pricing. This is a plumber that you all need to call if you need a plumber.

Joshua walked the walk. He examined the problem, explained our options and most importantly, did exactly what he said he would do.
We ended up having a problem with one of the toilets he had fixed.
He came out the same day and fixed the problem.......at no additional cost.
