I am a professional plumber. I loathe going to Ferguson's for anything. First of all, any phone inquiry as to the availability of parts is routed to a call center that will gladly tell you what the store inventory should be. Twice I have driven all the way to the store to find out they did not have what they said they did on the phone. Add to that, the long wait time on the phone. I would literally rather use any other plumbing parts house in Houston.

Best staff very knowledgeable and also very productive and also amazing staff. Little wait time which makes it easy to get in and get out. Always come here when need supplies

Always bad customer service. Never have the parts you need and always send out wrong parts. The only reason I shop here is the company I work for likes them, unless I have to I will stick with Moore Supply, never an issue there , exceptional customer service and will do their best to get part to you asap. When I shop at Ferguson I feel as I am overly dressed and should run home and change into my pajamas and house shoes as I do when I go to Walmart.
