Working with Repipe and Replumb was a great experience!!! Lance and his team were quick to respond and so helpful when I had a leaking pipe emergency. We decided to do a full repipe with them afterwards. They handled everything with care and did a great job. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest company that's not just trying to make a buck off of you.

I recently bought a "new" older home and I needed some quotes regarding a whole house repipe with Pex-A piping, installing 3-4 gas line connections and replacing an electric water heater with a gas water heater. Lance was able to come out on the same day I called him and he emailed and texted me several quotes shortly after the free consultation. He also followed up with a call a few days later to see if I had any questions.

I decided to proceed with Repipe and Replumb because not only was their price reasonable, Lance was very responsive every time I texted him and he only required 1/3 deposit to start. He was also very accommodating when it came to scheduling the job. Lance was able to start with a couple of days notice and the repipe and gas connection portion of the job was completed in two days; just in time for us to start moving in over the weekend. He even replaced a garbage disposal and moved a dryer to the curb at no extra cost.

Nelson came a few days later to do the drywall repair and paint and that was completed in one day. Lance came back two days later to finish up a gas connection in the attic and do a final walk-through. He made sure I was fully satisfied with the work before final payment was rendered. The paid invoice receipt and contract was emailed for my records. Lance and Nelson were very pleasant and easy to work with. They are very punctual, respectful, patient and they offered alot of good sound advice. I thought they both did an excellent job and they left my house clean!

When I mentioned to Lance about an issue I had with a garbage disposal at another house, instead of charging me a fee to check it out, he told me exactly what I needed to do to fix it and he even gave me a pipe to use since I didn't have a broom stick. Lol. I really appreciated that he didn't try to take advantage of the situation and his goal was to gain a lifelong customer.

I will definitely have Repipe and Replumb come back for the water heater job after CenterPoint Energy installs the gas meter. I will also give them an opportunity to bid on other plumbing projects as they arise. I am going to refer Repipe and Replumb to friends and family. Don't hesitate to call Lance. You won't be disappointed!

After getting several different bids for a whole home repipe from several companies around Houston, I ended up going with Lance and his crew. He was up front, honest, punctual, and took the time to walk me through the details. The whole job was turn key. When they were done, the sheetrock walls looked as if they were never touched. Great customer service, and quality work. If you’re looking around for a plumber, you can start and end your search with Lance. You won’t find a better job done at such a competitive price. He even took on outdoor shower custom project that he seemed to complete in no additional time! Super impressive work. Lance has definitively made a life long customer.

Quality Plumber came to my resident, and fixed my clogged kitchen sink, and dishwasher, I thought I was going to have to buy a new dishwasher. I am going to use them for all my plumbing needs.
