Accurate Leak and Line were so easy to work with. Their communication was second to none. I had extensive work done under my foundation. It rained many of the days that they were here and yet they remained diligent and got the work done. The crew that did the digging under my foundation was a group of hard-working individuals. They took care of my landscaping and kept everything as clean and orderly as possible, given that they were working with dirt and mud. Billy Joe and Eric were so professional and explained everything thoroughly to us before, during and after each phase of the project. Again, the communication was tremendous! I was not pleased that I had to have this work done to my house, but I was greatly pleased with the work Accurate Leak & Line did for us! I cannot say enough good things about working with Billy Joe and Eric. Great plumbers and even better human beings. Hard working and kind. Easy to work with and understand. I am so pleased with their work!! I recommend this company and these guys tremendously! They were great!!

Billy Bristol came out this morning as planned and we talked about a number of concerns. ( he is a very knowledgeable young man ). His approach to the problem was sound and always has in mind what is best for the client. Billy is a professional and his work ethics are the best I have seen in years. Accurate Leak and Line Plumbing did an incredible job on my home. They tunneled under my house to replace all the old cast iron sewer lines with PVC and upgraded all my water lines from galvanized steel to top-of-the-line PEX. Billy and his crew were amazing—friendly, hardworking, and extremely helpful.

What stood out most was how much they treated my home like their own. They were clean, respectful, and always kept me updated throughout the process. They don’t cut corners, and even fixed small issues they found along the way at no extra cost.
Another important matter was that they stuck with the timeline that was provided by the beginning of the project.
