Zach fixed our garage disposal today. He did a great job! Zach was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He tested our water's pressure when we asked for it. Now, we can use our dishwasher and our sink at our leisure. :)

Our sewer line started backing up on a Friday afternoon prior to hosting 7 people for the weekend. Robert rearranged his schedule to come fix our problem for us within the hour. He also offered some suggestions to help with future problems. Very good customer service and knowledgeable.

Monty arrived in a calm, collected manner and fixed our clogged sink in an hour or so. He made me confident that upkeep will be a breeze, and he was able resolve our problem without breaking into a sweat. Super friendly, and great service.

Nate our technician was fantastic! Very professional. Was able to fix our clogged sink quickly and left the area as clean and tidy as when he arrived. He gave us a few tips on how we can prevent future clogs.

We were unable fix the toilet in our basement because it was not flushing correctly. After I requested service on Saturday night, a plumber was at my house at 10 am Sunday morning. He was dressed professionally (mask, footwear covers) and determined that we needed a new sump. Boo. He had all the tools he needed to replace it in 30 minutes. He cleaned up and took out the 12-year-old sump. We are happy to have a new sump pump in our basement and no foul smelling sewage sludge. Not the cheapest, but it was painless, fast, professional, and guaranteed. I would call them again right away!

A root-clogged blockage was found in the main drain of our septic tanks. Louis showed up early to begin work. Very polite, he was even able make friends with Jack our dog. He showed me the problem. He then gave me two pricing options. I saw the clog as it was being removed. He finished the job very quickly. It took him about an hour. Louis, you made me very happy. 5 stars.

Background: I am a property owner with more than 25 years in Austin and have worked for multiple plumbing companies. Recently, we encountered a difficult issue with an unusual shower system. This company was able resolve the problem. It took "several attempts" but they persevered and got it fixed. Both technicians and management were very professional. They never displayed frustration. We are grateful for their assistance. It was a pleasure to work with this local Austin business. Thanks for your help.

Blockage of the sewer and plumbing system

Booker was a great man. He never gave up. His team was professional and courteous and worked hard until they could clean up/fix the problem. He kept us informed of all the things that were going on, and how they tried to fix the issue. They are great! I would definitely use them again.

Abraham came to my house very politely to help me convert to a more user-friendly system. It saved me time and tears. He upgraded the sink and did it at a reasonable price. I took on the task of changing from a double sink to a beautiful single sink.

Had an excellent experience with CK Plumbing! Called about an issue and they were able to send out a tech same day. Richard was excellent; diagnosed and fixed the plumbing issue within an hour. Cleaned up after the job and wore shoe covers while in the house. The rate was slightly steep (at the top of the average rate for the service in the industry) but the quick turn around time and great work makes it worth it. Thanks to CKP and Richard!

Scott, Duncan & Tristan are all extremely professional. The knowledge and professionalism of the team made me feel comfortable. They did an excellent job with my repairs which included a replacement water softener, new water riser and other things. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work and will continue to use them in the future.

I called 19 plumbers from Saturday night to Sunday morning and this company was the only one that confirmed they could come today at this time.
Some said Monday or "we'll get back to after we put in the service order", which for one was 2 days later.
The appointment was a great relief.
The service was excellent. Beau was very knowledgeable, got our sewer drainage moving again and gave some short-term and long-term options to follow.

Great company. The technician was thorough and completed the job in a reasonable time. Also arrived on time. This company is trustworthy for any work on or pumping of your septic tanks. They do offer coupons and the price is comparable with other companies. I saved $50. Stephanie, the person who answered my service call, was friendly and asked good questions. Overall, I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
