Francisco and Christian was here on time. They diagnosed the issue in my garbage disposal and were very honest with me. The job they did was superb. They also took care of my toilet issue. Francisco was very knowledgeable of what he’s doing. He was very professional and shares step by step his work. They cleaned the areas they worked on and I might say I’m very very happy with the result. I will definitely be using Hugo plumbing from now on. I highly recommend this company.

You need a tough outer shell to handle the politically incorrect banter that Congress between the counter crew and customers, but they are by far the best stocked and most helpful plumbing store within this City!

Very knowledgeable spot, with counter service similar to an industrial supply house. Friendly, no nonsense, and lots of experience. Local and centrally located!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who were able to get what I needed to get the job done.

Had a piping problem that nobody at my office or a hardware store could figure out. Took it here and they fixed it in seconds, and immediately helped with other sections of the project. I'd pay for just their advice, but they have every adapter and plumbing equipment anyone could possibly need. Will come back again anytime.

This is a small hole in the wall & very well hidden place. They are very knowledgeable & have a big selection in stock of plumbing stuff. I found everything i was looking for at a very reasonable price.

They have everything but what I don't think it's right is the brother of the owner is making his business and getting others order making the ppl wait longer bc he writes down the orders for plumbers get those ready first.. when the plumbers should get in line like everyone else. Smfh.

Absolutely rediculous the guy didn't want to help me at all just looked at me like I was crazy... project consisted of plumbing 1 sink with a 1 1/2" drain... I also need 1/2 angle stops... went to hopeless depot and got it in 5 min... never will I go here... if this place was on fire I wouldn't even pee on it
