After several days of running around with my hot water heater company about filing a claim (finally got that) I drove to Universal plumbing and they took care of me like I was family. Was in and out in thirty minutes with a replacement water heater and great customer service. Will definitely visit again for any plumbing needs that might pop up in the future. Chuck and the guys were great!!!!

Great local plumbing supply store. Way better prices (1/4th) of major home improvement stores and good service to match. Will definitely continue to come here in the future!

The sales rep was extremely rude…I have little knowledge in plumbing and was sent there by someone else with the parts that I need…. I told the rep I was looking for these parts and also mention I had no knowledge on the name of them and if he could help me out. He rolled his eyes gave a sigh and said “ well am I going to get paid for the job too or what” grabbed the parts and walked away. I walked away without purchasing anything.

I would provide a zero star rating if I could for the abysmal customer service I received regarding a recently purchased furnace. Stay away.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Very professional and fair on pricing. Did my commercial business and very pleased. Thank you for the professionalism and hard work.

These guys are great. They take pride in their work and really know what they're doing. If you want something fixed the right way, these are the plumbers you want. Their pricing is very fair too. I'm sure you can find cheaper, but you get what you pay for. They won't price gouge you like some of the big companies will.

Great job, great value and very accomodating! Shaw plumbing did a complete repipe of my house in a day. They also installed two sinks, a water heater and ate in the process of upgrading old tub faucet valve to Mohen. My house is old and unexpected issues arose, but Mr Shaw was quick with problem resolutions. I highly recommend Shaw plumbing!
