Really petty company. Got a bid from them and decided not to go with them and they filed a complaint to the Nevada state board of contractors saying my new general contractor was an illegal build. Don't even bother wasting your time with this dumb childish company. Don't even get a quote. They'll just over price you and then throw a tantrum after you decide not to go with them and find petty ways to get back at you.

The plumbing team was professional and completed the work efficiently. They were punctual and explained the process clearly. The work area was left clean and tidy. The only drawback was that the pricing was a bit higher than expected, but overall I’m satisfied with the service.

Juan Lopez did an outstanding job replacing the leaking faucet in the bar sink in our home. He has done previous jobs at our house and has always done outstanding work.

We paid $400 to use a snake to unclog the toilet. Truly feel ripped off. Glad it’s taken care of, but I think they took advantage of us.

Noticed a slow but steady leak inside a wall in a downstairs bathroom which is directly under a shower upstairs. Called Santhoff the next morning and Thomas was analyzing the problem within the hour. Discovered the problem, ordered and retrieved the necessary parts and made the repair straightaway. Thomas was very thorough and very professional. He also repaired a running toilet.

Daniel showed up on time and got right to work. He was very personable and courteous. He explained to us what he was going to do and answered all of our questions. Once the job was completed, he cleaned the area where he was working; he is a true professional. I highly recommend Santhoff Plumbing and will request Daniel for any services needed in the future.

I have used Santoff plumbing, Houston, TX, since 2006! They have done a shower pan replacement and small repairs. Today, Jose ( my longtime favorite) and Caleb (new favorite) replaced my gas hot water heater. They were professional, clean, friendly, and efficient! Can’t ask for more.
