Great guy , I called him to fix my sprinkler blow flow. I highly recommend Charlie. He quoted me the lowest in town.

Very nice and came last minute at 7:30 PM to fix a leak. Was very responsive and did a professional job! I never post, but felt the need considering his quality service.

Price went up every 20 minutes. He kept "forgetting" to buy things he needed at the hardware store and charged me the time for multiple trips. Told me a different name every time I asked. Scammer, avoid at all costs.

We had an emergency and Charlie came out at 11pm at night to repair. We also used Charlie too replace 2 water heaters, his work was excellent and even took the trouble to follow up later that evening to ensure all was well.

Called Flowmaster plumbing because of a very bad intermittent ceiling leak we were having in our kitchen. One time the leak was a real gusher coming from the kitchen ceiling and another time several weeks later it was leaking, but there was much less water this time. Tried several difference plumbers (recommended on Yelp), and they told me that the tub and shower in the bathroom from which the leak seemed to be coming was not the problem, but didn't have any ideas what the problem could be. Had a roofer out, who said the roof was not the problem.

It was Charlie, who persevered to find the source of the problem: the AC was draining the wrong way and going outside and pouring down the side of my house and then into the kitchen. Others literally told me everything was fine (REALLY? I watched the water pour down my walls and onto my wood floors) but Paul persevered to find the source of the problem (even though it wasn't a plumbing problem), was all over the outside and inside of my house and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and show me what the problem was. He was so enthusiastic about my understanding that he also explained it to my houseguests, who enjoyed the tutorial.

Charlie was here quite a while (several hours I think) and I thought his prices were very reasonable. So impressed by him, I have him lined up to rerun the exterior gas lines for an outdoor project we're doing and also to do a remodel of my master bath.

He attempted to leave without verifying the work. When I called a couple of days before service was schedule I asked if I could pay for the service via credit card and he stated, no problem. I also stated that we only had a window of 3o-40 minutes to resolve the issue. He had to leave at least a couple of time to purchase and/or locate the parts needed to complete the job.

But when it came time to pay the bill he would only except cash. I felt that he wanted to have a conversation about how to market his company, When I repeatedly asked for the receipt he finally attempted to complete the receipt on a blank invoice. He even had issues spelling his company name and his writing skills were unreadable. So I had to rewrite the invoice for him.

I now understand why he asked how to market the service. I know what to tell him.

Just provide the service that you promise!
