William and his team are simply the best plumbing services in town. We had several plumbers come and try to fix our issue, but when Living Solutions Plumbing came, they knew exactly what the issue was and quickly solved it. Quick turnaround and very reliable. Definitely would recommend them to family and friends.

I used this company because of my Choice Home Warranty. It cost $75 and they just roto rootered the main sewer line which was relatively clean. They diagnosed that we have a "belly" dip in the line. They did this without running a camera down the line which I'm told has to be done to diagnose a belly. They left and said Choice Warranty wouldn't cover it.
I am left with gurgling toilets when flushed and a shower drain that backed up. I rotoed the shower drain myself today and removed a clog. It drains perfectly now.
No follow-up from Choice Home Warranty or RMP Plumbing.

The guy was very nice but he didn’t check the plumbing well and give us a very wrong diagnostic. After I complained, I got the call from the owner of the company and he was very nice and I was impressed he call my husband on Sunday to try to help us to get fix our bathroom. We will wait to see how this ends.
Updated: on the second visit, they said was rust and/or corrosion. WRONG!!! the elbow tube was broken. I hired another company.

Vladimir, is awesome! He is very Professional. He replaced the whole set instead of just one part! My insurance paid for the repair. I recommend RMP Plumbing LLC!

RMP was called out by my home warranty company about a shower that was leaking into the floor below.

The plumber took one look at it and in about a minute decided that the leak was due to poor caulking around the shower. He even belittled me when I asked home what else the problem could be! Anyway, that’s an easy enough fix, I went ahead and caulked the edges myself but still saw a leak. There goes $75.

Fast forward a month later when I had the time to chase this down , I call out a different plumber to give a second opinion. They quickly realized this was more than a caulking issue and did a flood test to prove it was a shower drain pan rupture. Might be bad news, but at least they were thoughtful and correct in diagnosing the issue.

I would not recommend RMP to anyone. With troubleshooting skills as poor as what I experienced, they are likely to have your small plumbing issues turn into several month long nightmares.

I have Choice Home Warranty and called them about a stopped up bathroom sink. The guy that can from RMP was only concerned about his 85,00 fee. Then said he had to call Choice before he could do anything. I’ve had my warranty over a year and never asked for payment before service or have to call Choice to start work. Isn’t that why we place a claim and Choice sends them out??? I’ve about had it with home warranties because they obviously don’t check the contractors expertise before hiring!!!

Nicolas and Filip came and were excellent! They were nice and informative. They diagnosed my plumbing problem and even taught me what to look for. They fit me into their schedule even though I called them late. I would recommend these guys!

Clogged toilet from heLL! It was the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. We spent 4 days with that toilet clogged until Mr. Vlad showed up and took care of everything. Just a pleasure to have him over to do this job. He was highly professional and explained everything g as he went from one step to the next. Great conversation too. I will highly recommend this company to all my fiends and family. Just a great experience. I did not add photos because the mess was just too nasty to post.

Vladimir came to our house to take care of our water heater.
He was prompt, very courteous, quickly figured out what the problem was, and explained it so well that even I (totally technically challenged) could easily understand.
From now on, this is the company we’ll deal with.

I strongly recommend RMP Plumbing LLC. Vladimir, who came on time after pipe in our newly purchased house started to leak offered prompt professional advice and solution. He communicated the whole process with us and with the house warranty company. We are hugely relieved.

Had a great experience with RMP Plumbing. They answered my questions at 8 o'clock at night and set me up an appointment for the next day. They arrived when they said they would and were really helpful in explaining and showing me examples of what needed to be fixed. (I called because our gas meter was pulled by Centerpoint and needed an inspection for them to re-activate our account.)

We went through them through our warrantee company. They are so honest and so informative about whatever the issue is. I would recommend them to anyone at all!!! Any work that we ever need to be done in their scope, we will ALWAYS request these guys! We've dealt with them twice now for two different issues and they have always been so helpful and even come after hours. They have been so accommodating and prompt. They actually care. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! My main contact was Filip and he has always been a complete gem! Both of them are actually super awesome! Highly recommend!!!
