I called Houston Plumber out to my Home when we endured a plumbing leak. When the plumber arrived, the plumber who showed up at my door was not what you would expect in a plumber. Nice, clean uniform, well groomed, smiling face, and even wore these booties over his boots to protect our floors from getting dirty. I glanced outside the door and saw a beautiful, clean can that looked something like the Space Shuttle. I was super impressed. After evaluating our problem, he gave me a straight forward price, and when I had a question about it, showed me the price book and it was spot on. No question about hours, just the price. The last time I had a plumber in my house, he tracked mud on the floor, and left for 3 hours to get the part, and ruined my entire day. The Houston Plumber went right out to his truck, got the part, and in no time made the repair and was on his way. These guys are real pros. I own my own business, and take my hat off to the owner of Houston Plumber for having such high standards, and delivering such a first class service. I will use Houston Plumber for every plumbing need I have in my Home or business, and will tell all of my friends about them

Well worth every penny is Gold Star West Plumbing! They are really polite and quick. We spent a lot of time and effort replacing our tankless water heater, but it was finished in only one day.

I can't say enough about them and would highly recommend them for any plumbing problems you might have. The pricing was very reasonable too.

Had a small leak in the backyard faucet called and Al came by in less then an hour and solved my leaking faucet in less then 30 mins. He is very nice and a true gentleman definitely will be keeping his number in case of emergency

Had a water heater leak that I had not recognized. Emailed late Saturday night, they returned my call on Sunday and came out that day. Ended up replacing the whole the whole system. The guys (Hensley, Christopher) they sent out where professional. They cleaned up everything. Would defiantly use again. Will more than likely let them repipe the house eventually.

Ramez with AL rooter was very knowledgeable and friendly . He found the cause of the problem immediately . While I had called another plumbing company and they were useless .This is a great company and I highly recommend it . His prices and service are incredible .

Al was super mannerful. Very respective. And very knowledgeable. He worked with me to try to find the best and most affordable solution! And he answered all my questions without rushing me.

Had AL (Aka Ramez) repipe my house and that went well with guys that did a decent job and were respectful of my home.

He then referred me to a younger relative he had recently partnered with for drywall and tiling my shower. That person didnt have what it took to run home projects and tanked it severly. I finally called AL in and he took over the situation.

Ended up having to walk away from the second project and had to find new people but he showed a level of integrity through the whole ordeal and we were able to resolve the situation without going to court.

Eric arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. He completed the drain cleaning in my guest bath and left everything neat and clean.

Kitchen sink quit draining on Sunday. I called and spoke with the owner Allie. Rather than paying for an emergency weekend call, we made an appointment for a Monday morning repair. Henley was the technician and he arrives early Monday morning as scheduled. He confirmed the problem and was able to unstop the drain by using the sewer machine.
Henley was super friendly and professional, I highly recommend AL Rooter and Plumbing.

Rami, the plumber was very professional when he arrived to my residence. He informed me he was a little late arriving and when I explain the situation he knew the issue and took him approximately 30 minutes like he stated. If I needed to call the office I would ask for him. I had a gas leak on the furnace heater and he installed a plastic pipe that was removed from city gas company, CENTERPOINT ENERGY-GAS. Thank you Ramis.

Great folks to work with - we had a problem we thought we knew the cause of, and the techs came out and worked until they knew what was actually wrong after dealing with years of issues (yeah, it was something else). Gave us a great estimate to fix for good, explained and showed us photos/videos, fixed it ahead of schedule and we're better than we have been for years. Can't recommend these guys enough!
