Great plumbing work. I have used this company to re-pipe my entire house when I purchased my home back in 2017. Best investment ever. Now I contacted him to add a gas line for my kitchen stove. Once again great service, and excellent work.

Cooper Plumbing has exceeded our expectations! They were prompt in responses and quick with all communications. They were also thorough with updates throughout the scheduling and dispatchment process. Once the Cooper Plumbing worker arrived, they were so kind, patient and thorough with their explanations. We will be using them from now on.

The company sent someone out the same day that I called to inspect the damage to a leaked pipe, and repaired it the next day. They were very professional and quick. One draw back is the cost. This is the 1st time for me that I had to repair a leaked pipe, so I don't know how much a job like this costs. But the total cost just to repair the leak came out to be around $1,800. Removing molds and repair the walls is a separate job. The job includes cutting out sheet rock, identify the leak, repair up to 2 feet of 3/4 in. cpvc pipe with PEX. If the cost is normal, then this is a great company to work with.

My garbage disposal has been broken for a month now. My normal plumber has been working on a big project and was unable to take on many appointments. I looked on Yelp and found Cooper Plumbing. They responded right away and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Warren came to my place. He was very knowledgeable efficient.

The entire process cost a little more money than I had hoped for, but Warren was upfront about the cost at the beginning of the appointment so there were no surprises. Now I have a working garbage disposal!

I was really impressed with their prompt response and excellent service! They were among the first to reply to my Yelp inquiry and even offered a free consultation. Technician Warren arrived within the scheduled time frame and quickly resolved my issue - I had been struggling to remove my old kitchen faucet, stuck on a single mounting nut. Warren suggested cutting the wires, which I hadn't considered, and offered quotes to either complete the installation or let me continue my DIY project. Warren was very honest and upfront about pricing and guided me in getting the faucet off with ease. I felt confident I could take it from there and he didn't charge me for the help! Came as a referral from our regular plumber and was delightfully able to respond the same day to a busted hot water pipe in the ceiling. The plumber that did the fix was thoughtful and professional in explaining the problem and what all was going to be necessary to rectify the situation. He took care to see that any debris in our home was picked or cleaned up before he left. I definitely recommend Cooper Plumbing.

I can’t thank Cooper Plumbing and specifically Warren enough. They responded to our issue immediately. Warren identified city utility work occurring down the street as the source of our problem and even sought out the city inspector to come explain the situation. I appreciate his honesty and transparency when he could have charged us hundreds of dollars in diagnostic fees. They have helped us several times in the past, and this recent experience was even better.

Excellent plumbing service. I needed to create a short natural gas line for my portable generator. Carlos was the plumber that came the same day I called. The pricing was very fair and he did a great job.

Jeremiah handled the replacement of a pump on my hot water heater. He assured me replacing the pump was the best way to go, and I trusted him fully, because he first took the time to research alternate ways of handling my repair needs to see if there was a better/cheaper way to fix my (complicated) problem. The pump had to be ordered because it is an unusual set-up, but it came within a week and Jeremiah was quick to set up the repair visit. He showed up early, worked quickly, and got the job done. He even returned the next day to relight the pilot, which had gone off, probably for unrelated reasons.

Very responsive and they were able to complete the work on the same day. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Carlos gets the five stars for taking care of business. He was a nice guy and took care of business effectively and quickly.

While the work was needed, and the experience, fine, I was less than thrilled that I was asked to tip at the end. That wasn't the plumber's issue - that's a company issue. It was rather disconcerting.

Carlos, with Cooper Plumbing, was dispatched to help with sewage/waste backflowing into our backyard. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Upon arrival, it took him all of 10 minutes to identify the issue and only 5 minutes to remediate the blockage. Happy customer here!

I am updating the rating from 4 stars to 5 stars because Jeremiah called immediately after I posted my review to address the overpayment for work that wasn't performed. He is mailing a refund check today for $159 because I should've only been charged $336 for the camera inspection without the hydrostatic test.

He was very apologetic and informed me this is not how they do business and he is going to address this oversight in their next team meeting on Tuesday. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at the level of customer service and transparency from Jeremiah. I wish more companies operated this way. Thank you for taking the initiative to make things right!

I called Cooper Plumbing in July because I was buying an older home and wanted to have an hydrostatic pressure test performed before the option period expired. The cost was reasonable at $495 which includes the Hydrostatic test and using a mini camera to locate the issue (if the test failed). I also wanted to know the cost to re-pipe the whole house with PEX. I think this estimate was at no additional cost.

Jeremiah was very responsive everytime I called. He was very thorough when answering questions and he was accommodating when it came to scheduling an appointment. I received an email confirmation for the appointment and Efrain, the technician, texted when he was on the way. He even informed me that he may be arriving 15 minutes early.

Efrain did a thorough plumbing inspection and informed me of areas of concerns that he observed. A camera inspection indicated there were some tree roots starting to infiltrate the main sewer line towards the back of the house and he suggested not to do the hydrostatic pressure test because it would most likely fail because of this discovery. That said, I was still charged the full price even though the test was not done.

Efrain provided a quote on re-piping the whole house with Pex-A. This was emailed to me along with the receipt. The estimate included areas/fixes that would be addressed and it also identified cost for repairs that were outside the repiping scope. I felt the quote for the repipe was substantially higher than other estimates I received and it didn't include sheetrock repair or painting. Efrain suggested I reach out to Jeremiah to see what discounts he could offer.

Despite paying full price when the hydrostatic pressure test was not performed, I would still recommend and consider Cooper Plumbing for future projects because of ease of use and everyone was professional, personable and responsive.

Carlos was our tech, respectful, knowledgeable, thorough diagnosis, unclog of our main, and clear follow-up plan for more that needs done later.

I asked ChatGPT to give me a local plumber with great reviews and Copper was the first on the list. Although they were the last to give us a quote we ended up going with them because we felt like Warren, the plumber that was sent out for the quote, was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Pricing and rating was relatively competitive to the other 2 quotes we received so we ended up going with Cooper because of the tech. He fixed our shower and the work was done timely, clean, and as described. We never felt upsold or uninformed.
