Mauricio and Chris did a phenomenal job diagnosing a separated joint in an A/C drain line that was leaking behind a bathroom cabinet wall. In order to help reduce repair costs, they minimized the opening to access the piping which required them to work in a very tight space. Great job to Al and the entire team, from scheduling to invoice. I appreciate y’all getting us back up and running on a Saturday!

Hamzeh was able to get our hall toilet functioning again, but was very clear that a sewer rerouting was in our future due to the age of the house. He is providing us several options to consider., which will help us decide what works best for our needs. Thanks, Hamzeh!

Al has helped us out with multiple issues with our home (leaky toilets to replacing our sewer pipes). He has always provided exceptional service and is the most honest hard working plumber I have met. His prices are extremely fair and well below any of his competitors. He also personally guarantees all of his work and has been very helpful with other issues.

Based on all the Yelp reviews I decided to call Al to come and unclog a kitchen sink. He said that he would arrive at 11:00 a.m. today and at *exactly* 11:00 today the doorbell rang. He followed all the social distancing protocols and was very polite and responsive to my concerns. He unclogged the sink very quickly and then offered to do free inspection of the other plumbing needs. I am very very happy with the service and will definitely use him again in the future.

We were in trouble when the water heater began leaking few nights ago. I called other “famous” local plumbing services….. Useless!
I checked on Google plumbing services close by our home, AL Rooter Plumbing came up!
Al himself took the call, stopped by within 40 minutes and repaired the leak. He recommended a new water heater due to the age and status of our current one. The estimate was fair. 48 hrs later we had a new water heater perfectly installed. I met two of his technicians, I typically do not trust random services but I must say, all of them were extremely professional and respectful. We are very pleased with Al Rooter Plumbing services.

We just moved to Houston and inherited a pretty awful plumbing situation from our home's previous owners. We don't know too many people in the area for recommendations, so I found Al Rooter Plumbing and some other companies through a google search to get quotes together. Not only did they have the lowest estimate, but they were also so friendly, quick, informative and professional. We decided to go with Al Rooter and I am so happy we did. It has been such a great experience with them. We realized our plumbing issue was worse than we originally thought after excavating and getting a better look at things, but they provided options and advice to fix everything quickly, correctly and affordably. I really can not say enough great things about this company and our experience with them. We will be using them for everything plumbing related in the future!

Al Rooter was outstanding responding to an urgent need to repair a leaking ice maker supply line valve. The master plumber arrived within a couple of hours and diagnosed the issue. Came back the next day with the right supplies to resolve the issue. Fair pricing and an honest business to support.

We had a major water / sewage backup in our 80 year old home. Henley was dispatched to fix the problem. After hours of trying to clear the line, he confirmed his initial thoughts that the problem was with the city at the main, not with us. He was 100% correct! He stayed at the house until 2 AM trying to clear the line, as this happened over the weekend. He stayed with the job, never gave up, worked his tail off in the middle of the night and was always pleasant with a great attitude. He also re-routed some plumbing issues that were also a culprit in the utility room. With Public Works involved, we were back up & running on Monday. I'm thankful for his level headed, calm, cool, collected approach to a very unpleasant situation. Henley and Al are a dynamic duo. I'd highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs. They are my go-to plumbing company for all of our rental properties.

One word really describes my experience with Al Rooter, exceptional! I am a senior who had broken pipes (6) after the freeze and he got to me as soon as he could and kept working until late in the evening until no more leaks. He was so fair with his price, he was so kind, so personable and I would recommend him to anyone.

We have used Ramez to help us with a few things now and have always been very happy with the service. He is very responsive and always fits us into his schedule quickly! We first used him for a persistent shower clog and then again for an AC drain that was clogged a few weeks later. I like that they offer a 6 month warranty on their work as well!

Called Saturday afternoon 3/22/25, made an appointment for Sunday 3/23/25.
I received a confirmation text on Saturday shortly after my call. Great!
On Sunday morning, I texted back to see if arrival window was 3-7pm or 4-7pm I got no response so I just waited and waited and waited.
Today, it’s Monday 3/24/25 and I received no call back, text or anything, they just didn’t show up.
