Very honest assessment of our hot water heater problems and quickly fixed both tanks for us. Very personable guy that shared some of his plumber wisdom with us at no extra charge. A good trustworthy individual I would hire again in a second. Hope to see him next time we have a problem.

We had an issue with our hot water heater so I called RMP because of their positive reviews. Phillip was great! He came over within a few hours and actually diagnosed the problem as something that didn't necessarily need to be repaired at this time. That's honesty! Many other companies would have tried to upsell us on something. If you want friendly, honest, and terrific service give RMP a call! Finding a good plumber can be difficult. They over charge and under perform. Vlad and Phillip are the exception and have never let me down. As a real estate agent, I’ve worked with more plumbers than I can count and when a client introduced me to Vlad I saw how hard they worked and how much they care about their clients and have been using them ever since. They are extremely honest, courteous, prompt, and always give multiple solutions for any major issue. From minor plumbing to full replacement, I won’t trust anyone else.

Call this company to install water filter. I go out to find this disabled man rooting around in my garage. Shady.

Contacted the company at 8am and a technician was at my home within 45 minutes to unclog my kitchen sink. He provided tips to keep from having the issue again and the services rendered were prompt at a fair price. I will definitely contact them again!

A great plumber! Fantastic to deal with. Gives you the straight information on your plumbing needs with no extraneous costs. Highly recommended!

Mark was wonderful. We had a leak and they were here within a couple of hours and fixed everything. They even found the valve in the toilet that went out and fixed it for us. We would highly recommend.

Gold Star West never actually showed up. They sent YB Plumbing. When I called back, the dispatcher said, "Yes, we contract out.." They wanted $395 to run an auger, 600+ to jet, the mainline. I said I could rent the same machine for ~$80 at Home Debot and the tech shrugged and said, "...Yeah."

I still had to pay the $49 call out fee. I won't be calling these people back.
