Eric was great. First we thought it was a grease clog, but ending up a previous owner did a do-it-yourself fix that messed up the kitchen draining. The price Eric quoted was a fair price, definitely reasonable. I feel the quality of work was excellent. Also got 6 months warranty.

I've had a good experience with this company, particularly the tech Hamzah. He has been very helpful in troubleshooting and repairing a few issues on our new home. He doesn't charge left and right for service visits or troubleshooting secondary issues. On more complex problems he typically gives a few options some low, some high cost with his professional opinion on each. All work has been done in a timely manner!

They came out this morning to repair my water heater, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Quick response, professional service, and very fair pricing. The plumber was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and had the hot water running again in no time. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Had a leak in the attic from an old galvanized pipe. Called for service Friday morning 6/6/25 at 8:30am. Had someone at my door within 3 hours. Job completed shortly after that. Customer service is top notch. Carlos was the plumber that showed up. Professional, knowledgeable, and ready to get dirty. 100% recommend.

The job was not done as expected. Their plumber visited, advised us on a whole-home filtration system, and installed it after we purchased the recommended unit. However, water tests showed no change in ppm levels after installation. When I contacted the company, they claimed ignorance about the system's water filtration capabilities and suggested I reach out to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a helpful response.

Carlos came to fix a leaking shower head and had it all fixed and wrapped up within the hour. Amazing work, great service. Will be our go-to plumber moving forward.

Follow up (3 months later): As the weather has been getting colder, we have noticed that the hot water doesn't turn to the hottest setting in the shower controls. I reached back out to Al Rooter Plumbing to express this concern and they sent out a technician the very next morning. He identified a temperature safety device was left on, removed it so we can access the hottest temps. And then put everything back together completely free of charge and done within 10 min. Amazing service! I highly recommend and have been very pleased with everything about their services and work.

You need to stay away from this plumbing company. The plumber made up not needed work to get money from the customer. Also he did not keep his schedule

This company worker/s is not professional. The worker is not honest. the worker will made up something to fix and then charged you for their service. ( I called; the worker instead plumber; cause I don't know he/they has/ have license or not!).

Dumb ass driver merged into my lane on the beltway and forced me into the shoulder all because he was distracted on his phone. I honked at him several times and he instead stayed on his phone while he was merging.
There was a toddler in my vehicle.
Next time I see him I'll kick his ass.

These guys came out the very next day i asked for a last minute generator natrual gas hook up on my meter! Took him only 20 mins! Get at them! 10 out of 5 stars!!!

Eduardo was very professional and did a great job installing my outdoor sink , grill and side burner . He also installed a drain for my sink. I will definitely use Eduardo in the future again and recommend him 110 percent .
