I'm so glad I called them. I was having a water leak issue for over a year and various plumbers wouldn't take the time to work with me on finding it. Carlos did his inspection, listened to me and my tenant to finally find the cause. Turns out it wasn't a plumbing issue. His diagnosis allowed me to properly fix the problem. The fee was fair and worth it. Cooper is going to be the first people I call whenever I have a plumbing need in the future. So happy with their service.

Nolan arrived on time and installed a new hot water heater. He was quick and efficient. Outstanding.

Sewage cleanout connected to City of Houston main sewer line had been run over by an 18 wheeler and Carlos with Cooper
Plumbing was sent to inspect and give me a quote to repair. Carlos’s got out a shovel from his truck and exposed the cleanout inspection cap. Removed the cap, throughly inspected the pipe and find no damage. He said he could not quote. I told him I would gladly pay’s call-out charge but he refused because he had done no work on the pipe and left. I was impress with his thoroughness and honestly. They definitely earned my future business

Outstanding Work! Team showed up ON TIME (very rare now days) fully prepared and supplied to execute multiple jobs including replacing water heater. The team worked super efficiently, carefully and respectfully of our home. Explained what they were doing and how they would do it. No wasted effort, no "re-dos" either.

I received a second opinion quote for a water heater replacement after getting a crazy expensive quote from a popular competitor. Cooper Plumbing was quick and professional to respond to my inquiry. The initial technician was very informative with my options and didn't make me feel pressure to make such an expensive decision on the spot. We approved the initial quote 6 months later and was able to get serviced within the same day. Prices were almost half of the competiter and service was top notch! I had a water leak in December 2025 near my meter by my neighbor's fence, and Cooper Plumbering saved the day. When I called, Joy understood the urgency and offered to have someone come out the same afternoon, but I couldn't make that work. Instead, Jeremiah came first thing the next morning right on time.

Jeremiah was incredibly helpful – he not only shut off my main water valve but took the time to show me where it was located. Since the leak was near my neighbor's property line, he even went over to explain the situation and why he needed access to their yard to complete the repair. He ensured them they would put back their landscaping.

I had a flight to catch that same day and was stressed about the timing. Jeremiah assured me they'd handle everything, gave me a fair quote, and told me I could leave. Jeremiah kept me updated by text, sent pictures of the work, and had everything completely finished by the time I landed. They even flushed out the residue so I didn't have to when I returned from my trip.

It turned out tree roots dislodged the pipe so they also installed a telescopic coupling to help prevent future issues with roots and ground shifting. Joy also followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy with the work. Very professional and reliable service!
