It was a good thing I found this company when our main sewer line got blocked a few months ago (it turned out that the main line six feet under the ground had been broken). After our water heater failed, they replaced it within a couple of days. When necessary, I really appreciate that they make my situation a top priority. Adam and Chris have been great to deal with, from the estimate to the completion. They offered helpful advice as well as several options that met my needs and budget. Our water heater definitely was not working. It was emitting a bad smell and the water had rusty color. We definitely weren't going to take showers under these circumstances. I had some plumbing work done in my kitchen recently and overall it was a good experience. The plumber arrived on time, was polite, and explained what needed to be fixed in detail. The repair was done properly and my kitchen sink is working much better now. I appreciate the effort and professionalism, though there were some small delays in finishing the job, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.
